Hotellet lå let tilgængeligt til metroen, så indenfor 10 min. Gåtur kunne man komme med metro til Manhatten. Der var fri kaffe og te tilgængeligt 24/7, og bemanding i receptionen 24/7.

Hotellet lå meget tæt på jernbanen, hvorfor man fra værelset hele tiden kunne hører, når der kørte tog på skinnerne. Madrasserne på sengen lå løst, så hvis man sad op med ryggen mod gavlen, blev madrassen skubbet ud af rammen. Modtagelsen i receptionen var ikke særlig imødekommende, det virkede som om, at han ikke gad have gæster på stedet.

Precio, ubicación y que en la entrada disponía de refrescos, sandwiches y snacks a la venta por si lo necesitabas. Muy cerca de Manhattan, con un par de estaciones o tres de metro a unos 10min a pie.

Didnt feel the rooms were well kept. Lots of visible damage to walls and floors. Hole in ceiling.

Everything was good for us. Nice view during breakfast. Clean room. Nice service personal.

There was a fire alert during the night which was a wrong alert due to somebody taking a shower. I guess the detectors should be re-located ;-)

The parking situation was on & off. There is free parking next to the hotel but it's taken on weekdays. The paid parking is $10 per day right in front of the hotel. But people say that no meter man comes in that area.

I had a great stay. a convenient location, the AC worked good, it was quiet, the decor was cool, and the breakfast good! There was a Citibike station close by and by the train station which was super convienient!

There were no coffee cups or shirts or anything in the gift shop! I wish the bathroom door could stay open, so it doesn't get all steamy.

The facilities and rooms are very modern despite the building being a bit old. The rooms are a very good size and everything was very clean. The location is about a 6 minute walk to the nearest subway station which is convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and diners in Long Island City which is a ~20 minute walk from the hotel. The reception staff were always friendly. We had a ring accidently dropped down the sink and the staff went above and beyond in helping us retrieve it. I would recommend Feather Factory without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit New York City

Nothing was lacking. However, the location can feel a little isolated if walking back late at night. In any case, we did not encounter any issue or feel unsafe at any point.

Location, views of train operations and Billionaires Row. Supportive, friendly staff.

Major train lines pass right in front of the hotel and there is no good noise isolation.

perfect location, just 2 subway stops from Gramd Central Station in Mannhattan. Clean rooms, small shop downstairs with snacks and drinks.

The hotel is clean, location no too close to the subway yet not terribly far. Bed was actually good, when I first saw it I was afraid was not going to be good but it was very good.

I can see some features has been updated but still need work, the curtains are like a cheap motel type and some more updates should be done, the hotel has a great potential.

phenomenal staff! super thoughtful, courteous, and very helpful! whenever needed always going the little extra to make me feel completely comfortable, safe and special! Breakfast is very delicious! especially the fluffy pancakes!!! fresh omelettes hit the spot too!

The nights can get quite noisy because of the railway in front of the hotel. The breakfast is not very good,

I would recommend this hotel! The room was very clean with a fridge and comfy beds (we had a rollaway because we were 5 in the room), housekeeping everyday. Nice cooked breakfast on 5th floor with great views (and no plastic cutlery, yeah!) Hot water and coffee and a microwave are available in the lobby. If you are too tired to go out for dinner at night, the hotel shop has a few options, and Fresh Tacos can deliver yummy Mexican food, we did that twice. The staff was friendly and they kept our luggage on our last day, free of charge.

The breakfast area could do with more seating. We could hear the trains at night, but with earplugs it was fine.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there. Very simple.

The hotel was just 8min walk from nearest metro station. Staff was so friendly and they care about customer.
