The only good thing about the property was that it was easy to take my dogs out to do their business,that’s it!
This was the worst experience of my life, having to force myself to stay in such a disgusting place. Because I couldn’t get my money back to go look for a better place to stay. It was so dirty in that room that I didn’t want to be there any longer than I had to. I want a refund for my whole entire stay.

Great costumer service.
Stayed 2 nights. Had to switch rooms after first night due to returning and my room door was unsecure. Apparently theres something wrong with the lock. Niether Room on level 2 was that clean. Mold in showers and on shower curtains. Stains on Bed skirt. Rooms haven't been swept properly or vacuumed. Carpet is gross. Just wasn't comfortable at all.

Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling in rm 212 that could be smelled as soon as you walk in the room.

Nice clean property with great amenities. Staff was very professional and courteous. Location is close to the highway, restaurants and plenty of shopping locations.
King Studio- Not a deal breaker but the tv was wall mounted (no swivel) on the wall to the right of the bed. Made it very odd to watch tv while laying in bed. Tv was perfect for watching from the couch area though.

The Hotel was clean and quiet. Parking was not an issue. Staff was friendly and professional.

I didn't like anything about this dump. Rude staff, filthy rooms, smelly hallways, staff smoking by entrance. I have never had an experience this bad at a Towne suites. This is the only location I have not liked.

Everyone was very friendly rooms were clean it was perfect
The guy that checked me in would not accept the fact that my dog was a registered service animal he charged me a $100 for it and I got a $180 charge on top of that and I haven't got the money back yet

I liked everything about the place except the guy that checked me in at night called about my animals ridge animals registration to the manager and she told him to wave the fee and he did not. I am still waiting to get money back for things they charged put ahold of my account for.
