Great location for our purpose of being there and the staff was awesome.

Upon arrival we were given room 413. Immediately upon entering the room, the smell of urine smacked us in the face. We turned on the A/C hoping it was just stale air, but the smell got worse. I asked to swap rooms and told them why, and they gave us a different room, no problem! The second room did not smell BUT the bathroom was covered in black hair on the toilet, floor, and shower. The shower curtain was stained and filthy. The tub would not drain when I went to start it for my children that night. I pulled the drain plug out to find hair and orange chunks caked in the drain… I removed it myself considering the cleaners failed to properly clean the first time. When we laid down to go to bed, the duvet was covered in red stains. To make matters even better, when I went down to get breakfast the following morning, I brought the food back up to the room. As soon as I set it on the table, a German cockroach came crawling from behind the table up to my plate. That was the last I could deal with. I notified the staff of the events that transpired during our stay and I was refunded the second night because we most definitely opted out of staying again. This is an overpriced hotel and they definitely need better cleaning staff. It’s a shame that we dealt with so many issues between TWO rooms.

Long story short don’t waste your time or money go across the street to the spring suites. It’s so much mold in the bathrooms. The window seals and curtains was so filthy . The water was greasy like it was pouring shampoo on my skin. The carpet is nasty. You can tell it’s been a while since it’s been clean. I felt so overwhelmed with the filth that I just got up and went across the street to the spring suits. I didn’t even check out I just let The Hyatt charge me for the 2 nights even though I didn’t stay. But even with all the filth and greasy water, The staff was super nice.

Hotel called me while I was enroute to the property to tell me that they had cancelled the reservation. Credit card not accepted for some unknown reason, but they did not give me an opportunity to use another credit card.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean very nice. Had everything I needed good location I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know.
