The only thing that was great was the location, it’s close to the expressway!!

The police was called on me and my partner during our stay, which was only 3hours instead of three days!! The offices said the staff wanted us out the hotel for smoking weed and loud music. When the officers stepped into the room they indicated that there wasn’t any signs of smoking period and they noticed that the music was only the tv turned up. The police officers realized we didn’t do anything but they told us to leave the hotel because it was private property and it was nothing they could do about the incident. Once we made it to the front desk, the police told the front desk clerk they didn’t find any evidence of smoking or loud music so I asked for a refund but was denied, the reasoning was that they needed a manager to refund me. I was given a police report, and it basically shows Discrimination, Racism, and Theft by false pretenses!! The next day I called to talk to a manager, the front desk manager is who I spoke with. She was very rude and unprofessional!! She mentioned weed smell in the hallway and said it was my room but I when I said the police gave me a report and no weed smell or smoke was found she change the accusations to well “y’all were smoking something”. She also told me that someone was on the outside of the room door while we were having intercourse (her exact words were “extra activities were going on”) she stated they heard us along with old school R&B and that’s the reason they didn’t come into the room their selves to make us leave. I asked over and over again for her to tell me what was the real reason they wanted me and my partner to leave and all I got was attitude!!! I asked for a refund to be given because wasn’t ANY evidence for why we were put out and why there wasn’t a refund issued!! I Still Don’t Understand Why All Of This Occurred BUT THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHOUT DOWN FOR BEING LIARS, RACIST, And THIEVES!!!!! Not to mention there was food still on the floor when we checked in but we over looked it, We should’ve left then!!!

Really dirty carpets in room. Beds are horrible. Air did not work very well. Table in the room was very rickety and legs not stable at all. No garbage can in the bathroom and no liner in the garbage can in the bedroom area. major smell of marijuana in the hallways.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in every senses. It’s says in the web side that the hotel has sound and jacuzzi and it doesn’t there was not room service at all the lady in the front desk said that they only had one person for the hole hotel the ac stop working in the middle of the night and the noise wake us up the hotel it’s old and dirty every where you look

Stayed with my Husband and 2 kids rooms were very large and we slept very comfortable. Hotel was very clean.

The staff are the friendliest people I have ever come in contact with. The rooms are absolutely spotless. I love the extremely hot shower water with the soft and cozy towels. The breakfast was delicious with a decent selection. The guest laundry was super convenient along with the ice machines. I loved my stay at this property and cannot wait to stay again. :)

Very dirty, room carpet was nasty, trash by the side doors by the parking, grass outside full of dog poop, lobby bathroom doors had no locks, room bathroom door would no close since was not in balance with the door frame, breakfast is a joke (very very limited options), room beds are full size so too small for 2 adults and the cherry on top; I saw 5 tiny roaches in the bedroom. It was the cheapest hotel in the area so I got what I paid for. I will pay more next time, not worth it. I have traveled a lot and I can say this hotel has been the nastiest hotel I have ever been.

After arriving at the hotel, because I was a few hours late, the front clerk had decided to cancel my reservation. (Which was already paid for) He claims to have made 3 call attempts to me, which I did not receive any, and I had to make another reservation at a different hotel. He claimed that he would need to speak with a Booking representative in order to issue a refund (which isn't what I wanted but it didn't seem like he wanted to give me the room). All I could reach at the time was an automated voice telling me to use the app, which was no help at all.

Floor smelled so much of pot you couldn’t stand it. Room was dirty and pillows and sheets stained and unchanged.
