Comfortable, roomy, and clean. Breakfast was good.

The location was what we'd needed. Close to the Rapid City hospital.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Clean facilities and served good hot breakfast.

Didn’t refill bathroom soap dispensers even after requesting twice.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious.

Disappointed we did not know that housekeeping was not being offered to at least make the bed and check on bathroom toilet paper when we paid $200 per day. Of course we have not been able to go on vacation since before the covid fiasco and you may have been short on staff. We left a $5.00 tip for these services on the bed every day, but on our 4th day we had to go to the front desk to request tissues and toilet paper. We asked the gentleman at the front desk and he said they only clean rooms when we check out and do not provide additional services unless we come to the desk to request them. We told him about the $5.00 tips which would have totaled $25 for the week and he said "too bad". Obviously he was not part of the housekeeping staff that might have appreciated the tips. We certainly did not expect them to vacuum the room etc. However the trash cans were overflowing when we checked out. We did not leave a tip at that point either.

Breakfast was very good. A great selection and hot. Room was clean and comfortable. location was good.

Our check in clerk wasn’t too friendly and only one fitted sheet was provided for the sofa bed- no blanket, or other linens.

It was good! One of the reasons I stay at Holiday Inn Express.

More fresh fruit

The property is fairly new and clean and easy access points. Breakfast in the morning was very good with many different items to choose from. Property is located very close to Mt Rushmore and surrounding Black Hills attractions.

Since its a new property the surrounding area hasn’t been developed, its a few minutes drive to find restaurants. We were out all day so we dined before returning to hotel , no big deal !

One day my room was not serviced (maid service).
