I've already given a response but have not received a reply so I'll reply again. Shower very dangerous. No safety mat in the floor of the shower or hand rails. It rained every day we were there and water ran off the roof onto the 2 steps getting onto the porch. My wife and I are in our 70s and/or 80s and carrying luggage up wet steps with rain running on your head from the roof. Also 1/3 of road leading to the cabin had caved in making it dangerous on a rain slick road.

Very little seems to be put back into the cabin, needs updating. Items like soaps, tissue, and paper towels were extremely cheap and only provided one of each. Fireplace didn’t work and we weren’t informed until we reached out to property owner. We were also instructed by email to purchase firewood when the fireplace was gas, so we wasted that money on top of not being able to use it. Both hot tubs malfunctioned, the one inside had no working jets and the one outside only had one. Owner offered to send out maintenance but we declined because who wants to deal with people fixing things while you’re trying to relax on vacation?! This should have been checked and cleared prior to accepting our money. To sum it all up it wasn’t worth the price when the amenities advertised aren’t available for use. Very misleading.

Cabin was very clean and cute! We loved our stay and plan to make it a yearly trip.

Maybe better sign at property. Once you find, is easy but first time we had to turn around and go back

Clean and good location

This cabin needs a bigger water heater. We were not able to use the bathtub at all because you can only fill it up a quarter of the way before the water runs cold. Check in and check out times are absolutely ridiculous. It seriously doesn’t make sense that you can’t check in until 5 PM but you have to check out by 10 AM.

The front door lock broke the first day. A guy came and looked at it but it was never repaired. The back door to the deck was standing open when we got there so we were a little nervous if someone was there or might come back if they might have broken in. There were also several centipedes that we found crawling around! One fell from the ceiling onto my sister!

Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future!
