Everything about the house was fantastic. You can't go wrong. Clean, beautiful, incredibly well stocked - truly everything you could need. Great kitchen to cook in. Extra beds everywhere. Beach, pool, fun toys, towels, robes, slippers, beach towels and chairs. Property manager very helpful. We have already submitted a request to rent again next year. Best rental we have ever had as far as quality. Can fit a ton of people if you aren't looking for romantic couples time. No hot water issues even with 12 people. All really fantastic We loved it.

There was nothing we didn't like. Only caution is to look closely at the bed situation/sleeping arrangements to make sure it fits your needs based on the people you have (kids including boy/girl combo, versus adults/couples). The house was originally billed as 7 bedrooms, now it says 6 which does make more sense. The one room downstairs was a little subpar compared to the rest of the house as it is really in the middle of the basement playroom area, and you have to elevator or go around outside to get up to main area of the house. Also note that there is only one real shower on the second floor to serve 4 bedrooms (one of the 2 bathrooms has a clawfoot tub with handheld shower.) My husband and I felt bad that the 2 of us had this glorious big bathroom to ourselves in the upper suite and the 10 people on the level below us were sharing one shower. Again - not bad but just noted. We encouraged our own children to come up to our level to shower and some used the outdoor shower.
