WE had a conference there, the restaurant food was great but they had trouble accommodating our group of 50 for lunch. Many of my colleagues were forced to find food elsewhere. The restaurant was not prepared to serve a group. Time was limited.

The property was beautiful in a great location. I had an ocean view and could hear the waves at night. The beach was great and so was the pool. The restaurants and bars were excellent!

Rachel(Manager) and Jeremy(Valet)stood out. Everyone was friendly and great please to be. Rachel(Manager) and Jeremy(Valet) made sure my stay was memorable and went above and beyond to assist me and my family get situated.

The location is beautiful and the oceanfront rooms are worth the additional cost. The hotel facilities are impeccably clean.

The food at the hotel restaurant Drift was over priced with small portions but very tasty. The front desk staff leave much to be desired. Perhaps they reserve smiles only for certain special guests but I was afforded only one smile by the lovely lady who assisted me at check-in. The restaurant staff were lovely. The front desk os another story. As an international traveller with three kids I needed some assistance with a booking issue and was treated horribly. I was told different information from different front desk staff members and felt very uncomfortable during my stay. No one person stepped up to help me resolve my issue or treat me with kindness. One lady was very rude, verging on adversarial. Perhaps additional training on customer service is required for the front desk. The $40 per day additional “resort fee” is adding insult to injury for an already pricey stay. Perhaps they rationalize this as the cost for parking and the fruit/cookies they leave out in the mornings/evenings? No resort water activities were offered. The rooms require service everyday as the sand gets every where quickly. I received servicing only one out of the four days. I had an oceanfront room with two queen beds. The beds are very comfortable. The room was tight as well as the bathroom which desperately needed a second sink. Much is left to be desired if this place is to be considered a luxury resort, it’s an uptight, basic hotel on a great beach - that’s it.

The view was amazing!

The front desk staff! Not friendly checking in. I was never greeted coming back into the hotel. They were busy talking amongst themselves! The little black bugs were awful, you couldn’t enjoy the outdoor patio!
