location

it was filthy, outdated and the ac does not cool the unit in the sleeping area. it was hotter than hell in there all day and night. the unit hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. dishwasher pods look to be 10 years old and there’s no dishwasher in the unit!?! No reason that unit should look the way it does other than sheer laziness. it’s a shame, with that location, that place could be amazing!!

Great beach and view.

Needed remodeled and updated. Air conditioner was in a terrible location. Only a 5 cup coffee maker and coffee cups were all stained. No beach supplies or shampoo, etc. No elevator and on the third floor. No dishwasher. Overall, poor quality compared to other comparatively priced units

The location was good and the view was spectacular

The actual condo was very shabby. There was paint peeling off the walls and a huge rip in the drapes. The couch cushions were visibly grimy. There was only one teaspoon. No updates have been done for many years. The view and access to the beach were the good things.

We really like the location of this place. It's ocean facing with private beach. It has lots of restaurants nearby. The unit itself was clean and everything was provided. We would like to stay again if given a chance.

the apartment is super clean, the ocean view is amazing, 7 minutes driving to the store, 20 minutos from the Airport. the sunset view from the apartment is gorgeous. I will definitely rent this place again.

The Location is perfect. Directly at the sea with a beautiful beach in front of you. Perfect view of sunsets from your balcony. And nearby is everything you need, supermarket, restsurants, shops. The bed is very comfortable. AA Oceanfront Rentals and Sales is very well organized and was very helpful. We arrived quite early and could nevertheless check in bevor the regular check in time. Thanks for that! I would definitely rent this condo again.

The furniture is a little bit old fashioned and could need an upgrade or some minor repairs in kitchen and bathoom.
