close to beach with nice view of ocean and full kitchen but no salt or pepper

saw 2 cockroaches and one dead fly in the twin bedroom. carpets were old and dirty.

Breakfast wasn’t available. Location was decent.

The grounds of the condo were dirty and extremely undesirable to look at when going to the room. The room itself had a great view and was adequate for our purposes. The towels were dusty and one of the blankets was dirty and crusty. Would not have wanted to stay a full week at this location.

Location, a good collection of cooking vessels and storage containers. AA oceanfront rentals answered our calls and did their best. Waiting to hear back from them.

Everything except location. Outdated condo in need of a makeover. Dirty throughout including soiled bed linens, dirty walls, torn curtains, mismatched and rusted balcony chairs. AC in the master did not work for 4 nights of the 8 nights. The beauty of the view was marred by the dirty windows.

No breakfast It was under construction, woke up to banging every morning. The property didn’t appear very well taken care of.

Wasn’t as clean as I would of liked. The carpet needs to be changed.

Location

Construction noise and the landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. The room was filthy. Could not find basic necessities like a sponge or dish cloth. The Wi-Fi was horrible and phone reception was awful. Everything needs updated and thoroughly cleaned.

The location was wonderful. Very convenient to everything but secluded.
