I loved how quiet the complex was and the location was perfect.

The unit was pretty dirty. The old furniture and older furnishings didn’t bother me it was that it wasn’t cleaned. There were stains all over the carpet, hair in the shower, the big Curtains for the Lani door were filthy, the Mattress had stains all over it. I cleaned it the best I could I even washed the cupboards in front of the sink before we left.

bed was very comfortable and I liked that the kitchen has everything we needed. pullout couch was very uncomfortable but my 3 year old did not complain. Apartment is very outdated.

it was close to my daughter. The unit was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Lots of coathangers (this is rare and much appreciated), and the fan was silent . A short walk to the beach.

All decor is brown. The whole building felt “tired” and in need of updates. Not a serious minus as there was no plan to bring it much, but let’s say it uplifting

The sofa bed could be prepared. No covers . A bit expensive but it is what it is.

Good location close to the beach

The place feels old, not well maintained and desperately needs renovation, eg carpet was stained in multiple places, fridge was rusted and didn’t work properly, wall paint was off in many places and some areas had a lot of dust. The apartment was small for 3 persons to feel comfortable. Given the price point it was much below our expectations. The property pools are very small, three people in and it feels crowded.
