The hotel is clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was responsive

The faucet handle in the shower didn’t work properly

Upon entering hotel room it was really spacious. The shower water got really hot. I loved that the hotel rooms had a kitchenette, a dining table and a sofa bed.

The bed linens were really thin, the a/c unit did not work that well in the room it kept shutting off even in the on setting. The bathroom kept leaking water on the floor when showering. I hate the linen shower curtains I wish all showers had glass doors. The bathroom vanity sink water did not get hot at all. The breakfast offered was not that appealing. They should offer a variety of eggs such as scrambled with no vegetables and not just omelets with vegetables. Also they only provided one type of meat each day for breakfast instead of multiple meats. The sausage links were half cooked and still frozen. They only offer oatmeal no grits. This is the south. Upon check in they ask how many vehicles you have for and provide a parking pass. There definitely should be a limit because parking was atrocious. If you leave and come back you have to drive around the property to find parking. Vehicles were parking on the side of the street blocking in parked vehicles.

I was dissatisfied with my rooms housekeeping. I was very disappointed that during my 2 night stay, my room was not cleaned appropriately. It was definitely not cleaned to a level I would have expected for the Marriott brand. Even though I notified the housekeeping staff when we were leaving the room as they were just in the hallway, that it was OK for them to enter to do the housekeeping, we were met with only a half baked effort to hide the obvious on our return. The floor was not vacuumed, a minimal attempt was made to arrange the bed sheets, pillows were just randomly place over top of the bed. The beds sheets were obviously not changed and the beds were not fully made, with only the duvet covering the unmade sheets. An 8 yr old could have probably done a better job if they tried. We had a family room and really could use more towels in the room. I notified the front desk staff about this issue and did receive an apology. My sheets were still not changed. Before these events I was thinking about possibly extending my stay but the housekeeping was a concern for me, so I left early.

Mon séjour c’est bien passé, j’ai bien aimé l’hôtel , accessible facilement . Je remercie MR ADEM , pour son amabilité et son aide .

Super service, nettes personal, alles gut organisiert.

Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden, aber fur den Preis okay. Das personal ist generell extrem freundlich und gut informiert, hilfsbereit!

The breakfast was very nice mainly because we were there at 6:30 but later it was an expected madhouse. So all and all get there early.

The pool, it was very dirty. Not facilities but the water was oily and left a dirty smell and stench on the towel. Glad I had a chance to shower afterwards.

La atención de recepción, muy pero muy mala por parte de un turno, (comentado a Manager en el hotel) Esta persona es muy poco amigable y atiende con muy mala actitud.(más aún si se le habla en español)

It was a little noisy early in the mornings, hard to sleep a little later than 7 am.

Die Lage ist super, wir konnten zu Fuss zum Islands of Adventure und uns so die Kosten fürs Parking sparen. Die Poolanlage ist ansprechend und verfügt über eine Snackbar.

Nichts. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch.

The location was close to our next day visit

There were people running around the halls and knocking on our doors at 11:30 pm. They woke up my son and we couldn't fall back to sleep for a few hours. I did have to walk down to the desk to report the problems.

Breakfast is served way too early for the average family coming to spend their vacation. But even if you make it before the 9am, everything is already gone (waffles, coffee, creamer, syrup, etc.) and not being refilled anymore

Our family booked 2 rooms and both of them had strange unpleasant smell upon entering, microwaves, fridge were not cleaned and had grease stains - hotel did not have any cleaning supplies when requested, so I had to go and get some cleaning wipes myself. Dark long hair was sitting on the sink and ac unit (we all have light hair, so not ours) When my husband went to get some mini wine bottles from the lobby fridge, they made sure to point out how much it cost as if he couldn't afford it 😆. We had a good laugh from it, but it was kind of rude!

La Srta que nos recibió 9pm aproximadamente del viernes 5 de abril Se supone que uno va a Orlando a divertirse y ella mal encarada , nada simpática . El Desayuno es básico pero se deja comer .

We have stayed here multiple times and are happy with our stay everytime. The free breakfast is usually decent, sometimes it hasn’t has many options but still decent. The pool is nice, staff is nice, beds aren’t the most comfortable but not terrible, rooms are spacious, and always clean. We will most likely stay again.

Breakfast and the food we ordered poolside were the only things we didn't really care for.

Very close to the theme park and food options. Room was clean and so was the carpet which we could tell by our allergies not giving us a problem. Breakfast also had good options.

Pool hours could be extended. Parking fee could be less.

Buen precio calidad y ubicación

Te cobran por estacionar afuera, justificando que hay un guardia. Pero, se ven muchos vehículos sin ticket del hotel en el estacionamiento de afuera. En el desayuno los platos y cubiertos son de plásticos lo cual es malo para el medioambiente.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom good

Air conditioning was like a tumble dryer going all night. Lightning in bedroom was poor. Breakfast was appalling, worst I’ve ever seen. No window to open in bedroom. I’ve never left a bad review in my life anywhere.
