The room looked clean and had good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I think that housekeeping needs to be improved. The first room that I was given hadn’t been made up at all, with unmade bed, uncleared bathroom and half eaten tray of food. I told Reception and went out to explore Biarritz. When I returned, although the bed had been made, there was still the tray of food in my room. I complained and was moved to another room. The first night in the second room was ok, but the following day I was provided with 2 additional pillows (I had two and had not requested more). That night I had a horrible night and was badly bitten on my hands and arms (particularly my right hand and arm) neck, face and back. I presume this was from bedbugs. I complained in the morning and was given a new room, but, after the hotel took photos of some of the bites, it was suggested that they might have been caused by a spider! The bites that I received were both painful and very itchy and I had to go to a pharmacist to get cream and antihistamines. I was and am terribly worried about bringing bed bugs home and had to sanitise my bags and their contents when I got home. My bites are still painful and itchy several days on. This ruined mt stay and the hotel needs to address this issue.

Salle de Petit déjeuner très agréable, avec des produits locaux, hotel moderne, très bien équipé, avec une décoration très chaleureuse, très bon accueil, très bien situé. Un sans faute!

L’équipe est simplement formidable, l’hôtel est calme et l’atmosphère est cocooning.

There was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Our taxi for the airport did not arrive in time and a staff member very kindly drove us to the airport in her own car. Otherwise we would have missed the flight!

Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of shelf space in the bathroom! Quiet and the staff was very helpful with reserving a taxi and holding luggage. Nice touch with pastries in the lobby.

The location was pretty convenient and about 5 minutes by foot to the city center and 10 minutes to the closest beach.

The staff wasn’t organised on our arrival and we had to wait to get our room. The price was way too expensive for the room and one of our towels was dirty when we got there.

The hotel was really tastefully decorated with some extra touches such as flavoured water, local chocolates and coffee machine. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel recommended a restaurant which was excellent as well. The rooms were very well designed and really clean.

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel was just a short walk to the sea front and had underground parking that was easy to access, even in our low car. The theme of the hotel was very novel and a nice touch.

The room was a little small, with no real space to put luggage

Location is a very pleasant stroll to the Centre and Beach areas
