für den Preis kann man eindeutig mehr erwarten! Super alte Spuren von Dreck, der Putz bröckelt von der Decke, die Dusche der Nachbarzimmer war so unfassbar laut, dass man zwangsweise um 6Uhr morgens aufgewacht ist (und das hat sich min. 2Std gezogen)… im Bad fehlten Henkel und Griffe, die Wandfarbe ist abgeblättert…

We didn’t have hot water for showers on our departing day, and was surprised when I told the staff and no offer of a discount or even an apology

I liked the location and the very comfortable bed.

What I didn’t like about the hotel; it’s worn, need a Reno or at least a new coat of paint. The worse part of my stay was that the hotel reeked of Marijuana. When I was in my room last evening the hallway was full of marijuana smoke. I tried to call down to let someone know but their system doesn’t allow you to speak to an actual person. Definitely will never stay there again. So much for a smoke free environment, I had to put a towel along the bottom of my room door to prevent the stench coming in.

The bed was very comfortable, staff were amazing and the location was great.

The room was extremely small. Our room was pretty busted up, there were lots of chips in the walls and furniture. Our peep hole was broken and dangling inside of our door. There is no privacy from the bathroom. If someone is showering the room gets very steamy and there is no fan. Also, the parking garage charges $50 each day and does not allow you to retrieve your vehicle until it is time to check out of the hotel. I setup a vanity in the room by using the ironing board and placing it in front of the window since there wasn't good lighting at the desk area.

Faltan comodidades basicas en la habitacion como una cafetera y una mini heladera con eso el puntaje serían excelentes en todo. No me gusta que debes tomar 2 elevadores cada vez que entras o sales del hotel, realmente incomodo

Location was awesome to all I needed to see as I was able to walk. hotel was clean and staff wonderful The cafe was a bonus and the availability of parking was the cherry on the top of a great visit

Emplacement parfait, chambre petite mais très bien aménagées et optimisées! Le service de consigne bagages est top et simple, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble !

Le rapport qualité/prix du petit dej, peu de choix, nous conseillons plutôt un bon breakfast dans un diner !

Moderno y una excelente atención de su personal, cordial, amable y sobre todo preocupados de cada huésped. Habitaciones cómodas y bien localizado, otorga buen descanso y a pesar que la ciudad es bulliciosa, no se sentía el ruido al interior. Me encanto el bar y donde puedes cenar en la tarde, preparación y buen gusto en los bebestibles, recomendable.

Me gustaría que agregarán un par de gorras de baño, un peine tal vez es un detalle menor pero para los viajeros se agradece. Mas lugar en el bar, en un momento se lleno y no había donde estar sentado en la barra para disfrutar de la deliciosa coctelería y falto un licor que usamos mucho en nuestro país Pisco, lo demás bien.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel. There were some neat features for such a tiny space. Unfortunately, it's not worth the price in my opinion.

No one could give me a clear answer as to whether or not robes were available (they weren't). The space is smaller than it looks in pictures and there is no fridge in the room.

Ótima localização, perto da Times Square. Camas confortáveis. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos.

O quarto é pequeno e o banheiro com paredes de vidro gera um certo desconforto a quem o utiliza.

The property is a little dated. I also believe it should be stated that luggage is not held for free there is a charge associated with it.

I had a queen room which was ok size-wise. The bed was comfortable and the shower room a good size. Location was good. Staff helpful.

My room was worn and shabby. The sides of the bed and bedside table were peeling and falling to bits. The shower had damage in places. The area around the bed worn and not clean. I should have taken more photos to show this. My colleague had a normal double which was shockingly small. His bed was jammed in the window area and walls so was hemmed in on three sides. Tiny with no space. I have stayed at Yotel Glasgow which is brilliant. Exceptionally good. I think this Yotel in NYC needs a well overdue overhaul! Not worth the price for this reason. Gives Yotel a bad name.

La vista della nostra camera era pazzesca. Molto comodo il deposito bagagli e il trasporto fino all’aeroporto. Posizione buona, vicino a Times square. Dall’altra parte della strada c’è una farmacia e un mini market.

Tenuta male, si può fare molto di più. Entrata fuori servizio. Pulsanti per aprire porta automatica mezzi rotti. Nel bagno della camera c’è muffa. Il prezzo decisamente troppo alto per la dimensione della camera e per i servizi offerti: non c’è un frigo, la tv non funzionava (ne tv normale, ne collegamento Bluetooth), personale scarso. Insomma, pago più di 400 euro a notte e non mi funziona nemmeno la televisione… almeno le basi!

First of all, keep in mind it's a kind of automatically operated kind-of hostel. The location is of course great with only a few blocks the The Edge, High Line and 1km to Times Square. That's why we selected the hotel. While the staff at the reception and entrance area was friendly, some others were not. However, we can truly say, that the cleaning staff was amazing. They not only did a great job cleaning our room, they were also always smiling, kind and very friendly. Thank you for that. In summary, our experience was more or less positive. However, we'd appreciate, if the staff REALLY communicate to the guests and respond to their needs.

Unfortunately, we felt like in a hostel. The rooms are modern with needed amenities, but super small and the look is already used, assuming people hit walls, beds and other furniture frequently, because it's really small. However, that's all fine and reasonable. What we were not happy at all is a crap WiFi in the "Business" area, although it worked ok in our room. But the worst is the "communication" from the hotel. We got messages, very neutral, automated and with no sense of context. Even when it was written, if we have any questions, then reach out - and we did - there was no response at all. We did 3 different request, but none of them was answered. And the staff at the reception or in the hotel don't really have a clue. It feels they are not connected at all with hotel administration. They just have the task to clean or hand out key card, but they seems to get not provided any further information to really support guests in case of a question. That's sad.

Amazing views, and a decent size room considering where the hotel is in Manhattan. The room was very clean. The terrace bar is a very nice spot to start off an evening if it's good weather outside. The hotel is on 42nd street so you can easily walk to a lot of attractions in midtown, and there's multiple subway lines within a 10 min walk.

Only two issues with the room. Firstly, for some reason the bathroom light would only work if the purple backlighting for the TV was turned on. Not too bad during the day but it did mean having to fiddle with the lights late at night. Secondly, the safe did malfunction and trap all my valuables inside! Luckily it did start working again later on, but I didn't use it for the rest of the stay as a precaution. I did overhear someone else at reception complain about the same issue.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Lage-Verhältnis für New York! Waren positiv überrascht, da wir für den Preis deutlich weniger erwartet hatten, gerade weil das Hotel so super gelegen ist! Nette saubere Gegend, Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Ideal für Individualreisende in New York. Jederzeit wieder! :)

Ice machines were on every other floor, except, on the floors where the ice machines were, they didn't necessarily give out any ice. They are tiny little machines that were always empty. 'Self check in' machines were totally pointless, everyone tried to use it and everyone was given the message 'sorry we can't help go to the desk' and then you're at the tiny desk manned by one person having to go through manual check in A great example of 'style over substance' is the huge room behind a window in the lobby, of which about 20% actually had luggage storage space, the rest of which was filled with a huge robot arm that you communicate with via a screen. Talk about a gimmick.
