Location is a bit tricky, good stay for 1-2 nights

It's very close to the beach, breakfast was very good with quite big selection of food.

The bathroom wasn't properly separated from the rest of the room which was quite uncomfortable.

It was really clean, the room and the hotel in general. They really take care about the cleanliness. The breakfast was also very good with a big variety of food.

Too many tourists in El Arenal in general.

I liked that the room was cleaned daily.

I did not like that the room did not have a mini fridge, to keep my drinks cold.

This was a fresh, young style hotel. Love the staff, friendly but proffessional, all did a good job. Check in and out late was no problem, exceptionally clean rooms. And the breakfast was lovely, exceptionally good. Calm hotel, good to rest at night, far from the crazy parties, very comfortable beds! .Highly recommend them

Only downside the location is not a nice area, a bit poor empty road where the hotel is. But is very quite, peacful, far away from the madness parties on marina down. Also the room is tiny, could be bigger for comfort, but to sleep is comfortable. So i was happy with everything honestlly.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool small but refreshing, clean and not crowded, great to relax and have a bit of peace.

The rooms are missing a little refrigerator because of the severe heatness .

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast was exceptional! We had a room with a sea view and it was breathtaking! Definitely will visit again!

Good location (2min far from the beach), friendly and helpful staff. In the dining side of the hotel there is also free filtered water to drink.

In while taking shower the water became really hot and then ice cold (in every half minute).

The location, 1 min from the beach, close to restaurants and near the city of Palma by bus (20 min). The staff was nice, polite spoke French, English and other languages and obliging :)

The bed is a little too limp.

No parking available - it is very difficult to find a parking place for the car, we were needed to walk 15 min to leave the car in a safe place - otherwise, you can receive a fine if you leave the car were is not allowed (it is forbidden to pass with the car on the hotel’s street) ; No fridge in the room - it you want to drink cold water, you need to go downstairs to take water from the water machine or if you buy drink/food from supermarket you don’t have were to store them;

-Clean room -Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach -No outside noise -Breakfast good enough, good variety -Great view (partial view to the beach / sea)

-The air conditioning got broken the next day after our arrival, in the entire hotel, and it was fixed only 3 days later
