Nothing absolutely nothing

Everything. There's so much trash both people and wrappers and food trash. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If the owners got rid of the trash and actually cared who stays there it could be a ot better of a motel.....it has so much potential.

It was filthy. We paid the fee, but forfeited our money and stayed somewhere else. It had a terrible odor and did not seem safe. We were even told by someone that it was a terrible place and to be very careful and not to answer our door.

As soon as we pulled in the place was full of state police with their lights on and stayed most of the night we got there about 11 pm and gave up and left around 5 with very little sleep

The heating unit, lack of hospitality, dilapidated shower.

The staff was helpful once

There was no heat, the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall, there was trash surrounding the building, the sheets and blankets had stains and cigarette burns. People were pounding on the walls. The chair inside was dirty, and the window sill was full of dead bugs.

Proximity to campus

Not very clean. Could use some updating. Limited Lighting. Bathroom lights didn't turn off.

No breakfast at this location. Location was good.

The thermostat was broken. No heat in room.

Location is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic amenities. Comfortable beds.

Room had odor. Very, very old manual operated AC with broken controls. TV remote not working. Bathroom very old finish and, even though seemed clean, its age made it look dirty.

Had to go get sum freebreez from the strong smell. Didnt realize it was rent by the week in the back of it only has like 6 rooms they rent by the night

Very dirty exterior and office. Not up to safety code

Not safe walkways with tiles falling off. Dirty parking lot and front office. Grass very high, not cut. Trash and gardening items on side of building. Inside room floor was most because the air conditioner in the wall was broken and all the knobs removed. The wall thermostat led to nowhere...no internal nor external venting in room. Smelled bad like musty and mildew. "FREE COFFEE" was a home coffee maker sitting on a dirty shelf. Junky and dirty. Very sad and did not stay second night...drove home early rather than stay here. Family in the area warned us not to stay here. We will not again. Very bad all around.

I had used booking.com to reserve this room weeks prior to check in, but when I got there on that day to check in, the front desk manager found NOTHING on me for this reservation!!! And luckily, the motel had only one room left that night. I showed him my emails, confirmation #s, ID, etc etc and there was nothing booked for me. He must’ve felt sorry for me so he gave me his last room at the same cost that booking.com charged using their app/special rate. So this wasn’t the motel’s fault, booking.com messed up big time. And I’ll never go through them again for future reservations. I had driven over two hours from my home to Hillsdale, MI for a concert show my band got invited to play at. If that motel wouldn’t have had any vacancy, then this complaint would’ve been a lot nastier!!!

Close to where I was going

No heat at first, they gave us a portable heater, main heat did eventually come on. Parking not too good.

Mangr was a good guy n very helpful. Hotel was near an awesome town and on a quiet out of the way location. Room was clean. Rest of my stay was just fine. Will stay here again for future NASCAR races at MIS

Beds were way to hard for my liking. Sliding shower doors kept falling of of their rails and need replacing.
