free parking around the hotel was a bit challenging

The area was fine. It’s best to park and walk everywhere because parking is expensive. I think we paid $80 or $90 for 3 days for it to sit until Monday then we parked across the street for Monday and left Tuesday. We walked everywhere or got on the trolley. It was my first time there and I enjoyed it until my money was stolen for the deposit.

The only problem I had, I called multiple times about my deposit being returned, and every time I spoke with someone they would say it was sent out after check out but he didn’t even ask who I was or when did I check out or anything, I told them I’ve spoke to both banks and neither have anything pending which means it wasn’t sent out and my money was stolen. I checked out 4/2 and I still don’t have a returned deposit and it’s 4/28 as I’m typing this.

I love the Cambria always have from the very first stay! It’s very modern and the service is exceptional!

I think for the price you pay you should at least get a microwave in your room and the property should have a pool or hot tub!

Location and staff were great. Great customer service! I liked not being disturbed by housekeeping every morning.

The bed and pillows. Pillows very firm and uncomfortable. Mattress also uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The decor was really cool. Loved that I was receiving texts for communication. Good location.

Pricing. When I booked the hotel it was one price, but when I checked out it more than doubled. Had I known it was going to be that expensive I probably would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
