The location.
The Hotel does not offer Late Check Outs and be prepared to Call multiple times for Linens only to be asked that the Guest come to the Front Desk to pick them up, as if it wasn’t the “Hilton.”
It takes an awful long time to Check-In because the system needs to be updated.

The most impolite and inconsiderate staff i have ever seen, and it wasn't just one person, every one in this hotel has an attitude problem.

Very clean and good security
The refrigerator was iced over and overheating. In the small cabinet it was in I was surprised it did not catch on fire. I know a little about refrigeration. One of the matters in our room had h loud squeak every time I rolled over. Room 423. I did not like that the employees would come out of a door by the pool and smoke.

got a handicapped room. although it was adequate the inside door of the bathroom was broken, and a person who really had a handicapped issue it would have been difficult for them. also shower value is worn, and hard to regulate between freezing and boiling.

Location was ideal for my sons wedding
There was no affordable food on site. Feel like for the cost of the room breakfast should have been included. I paid 9$ for a kids grilled cheese with no side.

The location is convenient
2 of the front desk employees were very rude with nasty attitudes for no reason. The housekeeping barged in my room 4 times even though I had the do not disturb sign. The room and shower/bathroom was not as clean as expected. The room was smelly, I had to go out and buy candles and air freshener.
