We had a great stay! Our room was spacious and comfortable. When we left my daughter left her Nintendo Switch behind and we didn't notice until a week later. When we called the staff had put it away and had it ready for us to pickup at the front desk.

The staff was exceptional! I'm sorry, I don't remember the young ladies name that checked us in, but all the handicapped parking was taken and she made sure we had a place upfront! Miss Ernestine was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed and brought coffee to me as well!! Absolutely no complaints!

The price was a little steep and then there was an additional $100 charge that was not explained.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how modern and up to date it was and also that it was close to restaurants and attractions. Loved how there was blackout curtains.

The bed was very uncomfortable as it was very hard.

I like that breakfast was until 10, that let us sleep in a little longer!

I loved everything from the atmosphere once entering the building, the decor in the lobby area, the bar & grill that I knew nothing about, and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

The bed & the couch was comfortable. Love the basic view. The staff was 100/10 such an amazing staff. The breakfast was great.

We left the property before check out just for an appointment and returned to our room two hours before check out and someone had already been in cleaning it like we had checked out.

Breakfast was nice

The location was perfect - a half mile from our concert venue. It was very clean & the breakfast was satisfactory.

The soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall in the shower, & there was no shampoo in the shower either. The staff was very nice when we told them though. We were only staying for one night, so we didn’t need it replaced.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as the Holiday Inn Express

Food we ordered for dinner was cold had to send it back. They only had one wait person. And perhaps only one cook. The wait was crazy long. The wall mount bath soap dispenser was totally empty. The attention to detail in the cleaning was lacking. Things like the top edge of the tile baseboards had not been cleaned or the corners of the floors.

The room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool.

Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Phone in our room didn't work and only found this out at midnight when we heard hollering in the room next door. Proceeded to use my cell phone to call front desk and they never answered. I tried for 20 minutes then gave up. At checkout, they sits just leave your keys and go. There was never a conversation of the bill she just said go. I didn't even get a chance to voice my concerns about broken items in the room.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Loved the convenience of the kitchenette.
