The staff is very friendly and very warm, quality-price ok, breakfast included, it met my expectations, I would book again, in the heart of san jose, close to everything, many places of interest, restaurants, bars and others

The fitness center didn't have fans or AC which made working out grueling.

Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wifi worked without any issues. Well located close to bars at San Jose social. Lots of food options.

Noise, can hear everything especially in busy nights. Aircon didn’t really work.

Staff was very nice. Location was good.

Somewhat disappointing. Towels were very rough. Linens had a slight bleach smell. Shampoos and conditioners were mismatched. TV was crooked and could not be straightened. Security was good but the method to leave the hotel was wonky. Room was tiny.

Breakfast was ho hos, microwaveable breakfast burritos, wrapped snack cakes, tiny cups of coffee. We were told the parking was free, then when checking out were told it would be taken off the hundred dollar hold on my credit card. Room was very tiny and extremely dark. We had asked to be put in a quiet room though. Didn’t use rooms in the front, so can’t speak on those. Staff was friendly and kind, but took every opportunity to make more money on very overpriced accommodations (snacks available for $1 to $4 in a basket provided, no way of telling how much I’ll be charged as snacks weren’t refilled the second night, there was no business center at all but they said they would print something for me but then it went up to ten cents a copy, etc.)

great location if you want to be close to downtown. well stocked room with candy,chips,drinks and pastries all at a reasonable price

it was next to a night club that blasted the music until 2:00 AM. Had to pay for parking.

The room and staff were nice. Sleeping on the bed was like being on a cloud. I never feel that way in hotels. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants down the street and City Hall is fun to take pictures of.

Wifi never worked for us and the noise level was awful. We could not sleep it was so loud. The noise from the street and cars, rattled the windows so badly we thought they were going to shatter (we were on the 4th floor). I even took video. It was like living through small earthquakes every 5 to 10 minutes until 3:30 in the morning. Would never stay here again for that reason alone.
