Room smell musty. Rug was not clean. We stayed 2 nights. They did not clean the room nor provided new towels. Yet had an envelope for tip. Tip for what. I booked and charged thru booking.com. Facility charged additional $11 for credit card fee. I was disappointed when I saw my final bill. Will not recomend to a friend nor go back again.

Tony and his staff were great !! Good salt of the earth ppl running a family business. The rooms were nice and well maintained. The location was perfect. Just outside of the congested village. Very relaxing w a wonderful view !!

The property is less than .2 miles to the heart of the village. The staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

The mattress was a little too hard for me and the air conditioner was loud.

Tony was a great host. It was very obvious he took great pride in the motel his parents had built up. His passion is to create a wonderful experience for all those that stay there. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk into town was delightful. Our experience was simply great. Thank you Tony for everything and we will be back!

Clean, nice and comfortable. Owner was super nice. requested extra bed and ask him to bring batteries for the remote. Quick response. Definitely going again.

I was hesitant about our stay because the price was so reasonable, but boy, was I wrong! The owner was wonderful as was the staff! They were so accommodating and pleasant. We are definitely going back. Super place to stay!

The owners are Great people. Very friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to your needs and such nice people. Tony was awesome. The room we had was equiped with a small kitchen that had everything you need to cook and eat, coffee (Keurig machine) silverware plates, toaster, microwave. Bathroom could use an extra small cabinet to set bathroom items on as sink had no room. The Bed was soooo comfy!!

The stairs was hard to get luggage up - Tony did help but if he hadn't been there it would have been a struggle as our room was on the top and no elevator so if you're handicapped or older those rooms won't work.

Green Acres is a quaint spot just off the hustle of town. Newly renovated and family owned for decades.

We had a bit of trouble getting the TV to work. An instruction sheet would have been helpful for folks that are not tech-savvy. The room was very nice, although a bit small. Thanks!

Difficult to figure out the TV remote. Also did not see the thermostat until the next morning - my fault, but a paper describing the rooms features/remote etc. would be helpful.
