Breakfast is tasty - be mindful of tipping. They usually add 20% on your bill automatically. Always ask if they did or didn't. I'm not sure what the policy is around this, but from my experience, they add it to everything, even if you ordered just coffee. You get "free" water bottles! There's a DJ on Saturdays, and the music is so good, anyone can dance to it. :)
I don't like pillows; they are too soft for my preference, but overall, the hotel is 10/10. You never have a feeling that there is a highway almost next to it.

Room was nice
The noise from the freeway when sitting on balcony not worth the additional cost for the balcony

a) The bed's matress was quite comfy.
b) The rainforst-like shower was very pleasant!
c) given I had to work at the meta MPK office the location was great for me but keep in mind this is a double edged sword: There is NOTHING else!
a) When checking in, the receptionist gave me the impression I was more of a bother. She didnt explain me anything about the place either
b) I wanted to order room service at 6pm and I had to make 5 calls to do so. Most of the time I got routed to the public automated hotline. I called the general reception and got the same treatment as with checkin.
I finally did order and while pricey but ok. (I'd not recommend it)
c) But what really got me was that housekeeping kept knocking on my door at 11pm for ~10min to deliver towls. I had to wake up and answer the door and they didnt even apologize for waking me.
(Call me old-school but I dont harass ppl in the middle of night :D)

Very clean building, even cleaner rooms.
No complimentary breakfast/over priced options. Over charge for valet parking.

Everything looks new and we’ll maintained, modern style, very sleek and clean.
Some staff seemed inexperienced and not well trained.
4.0 / 5.0
Comfortable beds, clean stylish rooms, balcony access, beautiful pool and bar areas.
Food menus are limited, we had to go out for breakfast options.
3.0 / 5.0
Kid menu food was good; Nicois salad was good; nice fitness center; level 2 conference center seems nice; refillable water bottle station = good touch. Very quiet hotel in general = good. Nice temperature in hot tub.
Beds are slack (not firm) - like too much pillow topper on a not great mattress. The floor wasn’t that clean in the guest room. The black out curtains didn’t close enough to be blackout. One of the pool seating areas is weirdly and unnecessarily elevated above the main pool level. The hot tub was filthy with debris floating all over it at night (during operational hours).
Weird restaurant layout - narrow entry to bar/restaurant and confusing because no host is waiting at the entrance to greet the guests. So guests are left standing at entrance and guessing what to do next. No signage indicates that guests should seat themselves or whatever is intended for them to do. The booth seats are way too low for the height of the tables (grown woman needs a booster seat) and clearly built for a tall man.
The $37/day valet is RIDICULOUSLY expensive.
Heated pool could’ve been warmer.
Restaurant closes for like 2 hours between lunch and dinner (boo); complimentary coffee/tea station in lobby is removed in morning (boo); poor cell service indoors (AT&T).

Location is great especially when you are in transit in or out of the SF airport. Room are extremely functional decorated with good taste - great shower - nice space. Diner was great - nice ambiance and good food. Excellent place for a one day transit to SF airport.
Even the staff was great, the way the breakfast is organised is inefficient. Nevertheless , the food was good.
Another inefficient point is the fact that there is no concierge, but only valet for the car. Some small improvements could move the rating from great to exceptional.

spacious clean rooms, and text messaging the valet to prepare the car
a little bit pricey, low on staff sometimes

This property looks exactly like the pictures, it’s even better in person.
I came here to reconnect with myself and enjoy “boujee” nature vibes haha, and it was such a relaxing weekend.

Nice accommodations. Nice pool.
They have a pool but no amenities to go along with it. We forgot goggles and they don’t have or sell them anywhere close by. They also have no ATM for which to get out cash to tip their valets.

Cleaner room windows.

The only thing i liked was the location in the heart of Menlo Park!
Our mirror in the room was broken upon arrival and staff did not move us to another room because they were fully booked. The rooms are so crowded no space to walk through or enjoy the rooms at all, the water pressure from the shower head was low and took forever for me to shower, the Jacuzzi was not working either. They had no idea when it would be working either. The breakfast was overpriced...$10 for donut or bread.

Food is expensive.

The room was quite spacious and the ambience of the hotel overall was very good. It had a good mix of contemporary, minimal yet not lacking traditional feel. There was enough space for everything in the room without feeling cramped.
Was not happy with the bed at all. Personally, it sinked in too much for me and there was no backup option. Also the bathroom sink had drain issues but were fixed right away. However, the water pressure was a bit lacking. Also, a minor pick—the bathroom amenities never stayed consistent. I didn't even know there were some options till housekeeping started to place them on the day before my check out.
4.5 / 5.0
soundproof and quiet. relaxing neutral scandi-decor. friendly and helpful staff. unbelievably clean and ergonomic bathroom facilities. the bed was the highest quality and was lower to the floor with a plush carpet runner surround. great valet service.
our safe and electric blinds were not connected to power. there was an extra mini fridge in our foyer, perhaps left over from a previous guest’s request? if we were staying longer than 1 night we’d have ask for its removal. lots of varied cafe seating indoor and out.
