Beautiful location at River bank side of Wenatchee River

Property not properly advertised. Amenities not clearly explained. Pricing not transparent. Booking process on Booking.com not detailed enough to explain what choices you are being offered nor what amenities come with your assigned room. Pricing should not go up compared to what is advertised once you try to book your room/cabin. Directions using Google Maps sent us on wild goose chase the opposites direction to an entirely different property. Don’t stay there until the Management works out logistics to become more user friendly and transparent. Who cares about their LOGE App if you are using a different party to book your reservation. Information should be transparent, seamless and consistent between Booking platforms no excuses! Get back to old fashion face to face Customer Service and conflict resolution. We do not anything for free. We just want what we thought we were reserving at the pricing we had seen on Booking.com not the rate they stuck us with after confirming our reservation.

great location. self serve check in. comfortable bed. clean room. all the basics you need. nice riverside views. short walk or quick car ride into Leavenworth.

The location was beautiful, the hammocks were a fun touch. We loved the river view and the property was great for our dog.

There was no sugar for the coffee or tea. We had to purchase the milk to put in our coffee. Not all the lights in the room worked.

Nice little cabins.

Not very easy to find the location to turn off the main road.

Right on the river, beautiful! Super cute amenities. Yeti trial gear. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed, super clean.

Checking was a little bumpy bc of a tech glitch and the first room I was in the air conditioner wasn’t working, but all was fixed—-got an upgraded room!

Cozy, comfortable and so quiet. Great bed and linens. Thanks for providing refillable toiletries including conditioner and body wash. Just a few things would make it a perfect 10: a little more attention to detail in cleaning corners and repairing broken window and holes in bathroom walls.

Some creamer for the not-bad instant coffee other than the $3 milk of which I would only use a few tablespoons. Someone’s melted ice cream was left in freezer.

In the woods and right on the river!!! We have been here many times since 2000, when it was Bindledtiff’s cabins.

Fix and fill the huge pot hours in your road down to the cabins!
