When I asked about Airport transfer, I was given one contact of driver named Pranay. We feel lucky to get a driver like him, it is quite rare to find such well behaved, expert driver like him. He made our travel hassle free and very enjoyable. Moreover, everyone of the resort were quite professional, very helpful and well behaved. We stayed in one family suite at the top floor, the view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony was the best comparing to other view points in Namchi at least.

Perfect Location with mountains around. The Staff was excellent and the food. Overall experience was great and perfect. Rates were very reasonable which surprised me.

Bathrooms need some maintenance and lack of charging points in the room as in both rooms the secondary boards were not working. Need maintenance in the rooms. Second Biggest problems we had was Drinking water in the Night. We were out of drinking water and had nothing till next day morning, This is a serious issue. There should be someone in the lobby in case of emergency.

The location and the hospitality was good. They customised the food as per our liking. The overall experience was very nice.

Property is well maintained and very clean. Staff was also attentive. Food from Restaurant only thing one has walk. If needs food at room, charges are applicable.

The overall vibe, location , property facilities, people who were working -- It's exactly what you look in a vacation. Food was great, my parents really enjoyed the food.

Nothing as such. There was some minor issue with electricity , but they did best in their capacity to make my parents comfortable.

The views into Kanchenjunga were mind blowing ! The property manager Miss Minu was gracious and helpful exceptional in hospitality. The property have four house dogs who are very friendly and well mannered too.
