The location and the pool

The stairs were narrow and the reserved parking spot was not conveniently located in front of the condo. This made it difficult when loading and unloading.

Perfect location. Comfortable lodging. Clean and easily accessible.

Mattress probably needs replacing soon.

location, location, location!!! We absolutely loved staying in this area.

This unit is showing its age… needs some updating. We also had some tiny black bugs in kitchen around the sink area.

Not enough toilet paper, no coffee filters

Our stay at the Shipyard community was awesome. The condo was nice, and we loved having a deck on both sides. And we didn’t even realize that the couch in the living room was a pullout so that was an added bonus! It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the condo, as there were five of us with a lot of laundry to do for a whole week! We were close to everything, only a couple blocks from Duval street and there was a bus stop right outside the property. We rented four scooters for the week and the parking spot we were assigned was plenty but enough to park all of them in.

It would have been nice if the other bedroom had either a king or queen bed instead of two twins. Also, don’t leave food out on the counters because we had issues with ants. I’m assuming from skimming through the visitors log that this property has had problems for years with this issue. Other than this, the place was great.

Location

Pool had green water, AC broke for 5 days, way over priced, refrigerator door trays/rails were broke. Fire alarms went off 3 times. Small rooms, TVs standard def and tiny, toilet not secured to the floor.

Complete appartment at a nice location. Even washer dryer dishwasher and icemachine inside the condo. Additional, they offer late check out.
