The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was great, very clean. The pool area was also great! My kids had a great time swimming many evenings in the pool. The breakfast was got and plenty to choose from.

Where do I begin? Well,1st, it was overpriced. The property directly across the street was $50 cheaper per night. I had stayed at the property across the street many times. But I thought to be fair I should see what this particular hotel offered.The room was crampt...long and narrow like a typical motel. There was a dirty knife in the sink, the AC/Heat unit was just feet from the bed and way too loud. In the morning, there were no coffee packets, just tea, and breakfast was marginal...just carbs.

after my flight being delayed over, whether, I was already on a very tight schedule. arrive at the hotel around 12 AM. I contacted the hotel prior to knowing my flight was delayed to let them know that I would be checking in late. The lady who answered the phone requested that I call back later to put in that request. Extremely inconvenient when you’re going through airports. I wake up at 5 AM to begin my day and ask for a 1pm late check out when I was told that was not gonna be able to be a possibility. I’m a Hilton honors member who has spent thousands of dollars at this specific property recently, and cannot believe the lack of loyalty or hospitality. Not treating a guests like they are valued, will keep people from returning as much as a dirty room or unclean facilities.
