Facilities were nice.

AC didn't work well. It was warm and uncomfortably.

It is clean in the room.

Location was good , Don metro station was very near. Foods were available 24hous in adjacent area. Staff was extreme helpful.

Great location and the predominantly local breakfast was decent. Remember to check out the counter where you can ask for freshly cooked eggs (eg. sunny-side up). To my knowledge, this service is not common amongst the 3/4 star restaurants I’d stayed at in Taiwan. Room lighting can be adjusted using the console at the bedside table. Small but cosy hotel lobby is useful for waiting after checkouts.

Room ceiling can be quite low for taller guests and room can feel claustrophobic for longer-term stays. Lift lobby at each floor is a bit stuffy (lack of air conditioning).

Everything overall was good.

I didn’t quite like the breakfast. I’m vegetarian, there were vegetarian options but they were just ok.

room was quite tight, properly wasn’t well maintained even until late afternoon there are still cleaners around the hallway. there are also vacuum randomly lying around each floor. breakfast starts late at 7 instead of 6am.

The location is absolutely great! It was just a walk distance from the metro Daan station (you can use both exit 4 or 5 ~ both of them are connected).

Just only one thing I don't like that much is the ceiling heigh of the room, that can cause the reason of feel like the room is small but it is actually a good size to stay.

The price quality ratio was great. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the sauna was a nice surprise. Location was also great for price.

cleanliness and staff attitude. Had insect / bed bug bites after 3rd day at the hotel. when informed, front desk staff only said they will change bedsheet. did not provide further help like buying or offering medication. no shower gel after 3rd day.

Breakfast provided was good. The lobby has a coffee station for guests - loved it! Located near Dean Subway station.

Very good location in the Da'an district, close to MRT. Very good staff at the reception. Good bedding.
