The receptionist Marzia was so helpful, polite, friendly and full of positive vibed

We got a double room. The standard of the bathroom is not a 4 star, needs a make-over. The toilet seat was loose , cracks on its floor so there was water leaking on the floor.

Good localization, great breakfast, personnel very helpful.

Size of the room too small

Staff (asya) was very helpful and overall a really good value experience.

I have been traveling to four and five star hotels for 30years. It seems that the staff at B&B Hotel Chioggia have forgotten that they’re in the industry of service. The treatment of people at this property is appalling. Almost none of the amenities listed on booking.com were present in working order (a complete fraud).Advertised as year round but amazingly amenities only exist until September. No spa no pool no activities just closed outlets. The last night despite sweltering heat the hotel decided to turn off the climate control in rooms forcing our room above 30c ( dangerous with two infants). The food was worse than the staff, constantly undercooked pasta (not al dente), risotto was watery without flavor, a bean soup that was a can of Mexican refried beans with water and the same chicken dish for dinner 3 times in one week. I would camp in a cardboard box on the street before I paid to suffer under the hands of these imbeciles again. Please bring back the service professionals in Italy, it used to be a model for the world. By booking.com four stars, for anyone with experience it was not a two star hotel by standards.
