the staff were incredibly nice. the location was close to the chora and the beach. there is a bus stop close by to take you to other beaches.

This was our groups first time to Naxos, from start to finish the Polis Team made our visit so enjoyable! The moment we checked in, they helped us with navigating the island, where to eat and go to the beach. The breakfast every morning was truly spectacular, couldn’t have asked for anything else. The rooms themselves were spotless and the perfect accommodation for our group. We can’t wait to come back to Naxos!

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the location is close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Naxos.

They kindly gave us a free upgrade to a Suite, really clean room, and the breakfast was great! Comfy bed.

Excellent room, very clean and spacious. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Daily change of towels. Excellent location in Chora of Naxos. Public parking space just across the road.

A wall hanger for jackets etc., somewhere in the room, would be appreciated. Also, there is a need for a rack (for shampoo, shower gel etc.) in the shower cabin.

Great location, close to the center, port, and connected to the bus station. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was very nice, big and clean.

A lot of noise from the traffic outside

The staff was SO helpful and kind. With restaurant recommendations, island overview, laundry service, delicious homemade food and immediate response time - we could not be happier. Also it’s a little bit outside of the busy town - an easy and safe walk. We had a room for 4 and there was plenty of space and beds for all!

Me & my boyfriend stayed at Polis for 6 nights. The location of the hotel is just PERFECT, close to the center but not in the middle of the chaos. In 10 minutes walking you get to the port and in 5 you are at the beautiful beach of agios georgios. The room was nice, a little small but very clean and modern, furnished with attention in every detail. The breakfast is good, a good mix of Greek tradition and continental way. The host Yannis was simply the best, super kind and very helpful for everything we needed. He also offered us two glasses of wine when he saw us in the same restaurant he was dining and instead of calling us a taxi on our departure, he took us personally. We surely would come back!

We liked everything but mostly the place that the hotel was placed and how nice and clean the room was

- Very nice and clean room - spacious bath and room (got a free upgrade) - very helpful and friendly staff - easy communication with the manager by WhatsApp even when he wasn’t around - free transport to the port (see below) - free parking lot 30m down the street

- no transport from port to hotel (due to COVID regulations?) - Limited variety for the breakfast buffet (also due to COVID issues and few guests) - coffee for breakfast wasn’t good

Hotel is in a walking distance from the port (15Min.) It is clean and the stuff was helpful. Breakfast was all right.

I would have liked a little bit more options for breakfast.
