Beautiful beach resort. Staff are very helpful,friendly and kind. Private beach with umbrellas and comfortable chairs. Water is very warm and crystal clear.

Everything was a dream! The location of this hotel is exceptional - the beach is one of the most beautiful in South Sardinia. We loved the food, felt totally relaxed in their beautiful gardens and on our lounger facing this majestic beach - and the staff were lovely. We'd love to return!

Very bad experience Was given a handicap room and staff was not willing/able to accommodate a request for change unless I paid more for a room that was over 300 Euros The garden view was a construction yard fence and the room was on the back of the hotel next to the kitchen

The rooms are very clean, the cleaning stuff very helpful and nice and the entertainment stuff very nice as well. The best advantage is the beach which is 50 m from your hotel and private and clean.

The property needs a refurbishment to be a 4 star property. The swimming pool very small and old and common area old as well. The worse was the food. We took a half board and couldn’t finished our first evening supper. It was so awful. Really pity for the Italian place. We’ve never eaten so badly. We’ve asked for the refund of our half board as we knew we won’t be eating there any more. Till today we haven’t received our refund. The reception stuff was very unhelpful saying that it’s the fault of booking.com who doesn’t tell them how to do a refund. Booking was saying it’s up to hotel. We spent money to call booking.com every day and passing to reception every day. They couldn’t even see the emails that were sent from booking.com with us on copy. As a client we were put between booking and Cormoran and no one wanted to sort it out.

It would be nice to have more alcohol free drink options in the restaurant, now the options where wines,beer and water. For a pregnant woman that is not much. Very bad WiFi connection, for better cinnection you can pay which is an out dated concept.

The setting of this hotel is what makes it. With beautiful gardens, overlooking a stunning bay and a mountainous backdrop. The pool is fairly small, but given the private beach right next to it we didnt use the pool at all. The hotel is a nice size, not so big that it would feel faceless. It is a bit dated in some communal areas but that adds to it's charm. We stayed in a superiour room - comfortable beds, soft bedding and new bathrooms. Go for the sea view if you can! Breakfast offers a good choice across sweet and savoury, staff are friendly and there is the option to sit on the terrace if warm enough. We didnt eat in the restaurant at any other time so can't comment. The beach bar is nice for evening drinks (including good mocktails- recommend cormoran delight) and come with a great antipasti platter. Some evenings they had live music, but very chilled and we enjoyed playing petanque there. Covid measures good - temperature checks on entrance to hotel and at breakfast. Masks indoors and compliance led by example of staff who always wore.

The only fault was poor sound proofing between the rooms. It wasnt terrible and wouldnt deter us from returning but we could hear next doors voices and alarm clock!

Loved it here. The staff, especially the catering staff were so so nice at all times. Really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Very clean and Covid friendly. All coms were brilliant from before we got there and for the entire stay.

Wish the drinking water had been free!
