There were 8 adults during our stay and we all had a wonderful time celebrating our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond to prepare for us with decorations, snacks, etc. Everything was great!

Above and beyond in hospitality! The beds and pillows are so comfy; games and activities abound, and the backyard set-up is fantastic!

This house does not disappoint!! When I say everything you could possibly need is provided, I mean EVERYTHING!! Every little need was thought of, provided & even labeled!! My husband appreciated the labels on the light switches, and the multiple reader glasses!! All of the games and activities that were available created many memories that my family will remember, ranging from an intense game of ping-ping, rounds and rounds of Connect Four (giant size) to painting rocks, snow cone making, fishing and spinning cotton candy, and can’t leave out our best attempt at Karaoke!!! Lots and lots of belly laughs occurred in this house!! We will definitely be returning!

We picked the home for the pool and spa but got so much more. The pool and spa were each perfectly heated (included in price!) and so clean. The home provided us things we didn’t even know we wanted and we loved them. Pontoon boat, snow cones, cotton candy, bikes, fishing poles and gear, putting green, pool table, ping pong tabletop (goes on top of pool table or table outside), free Xbox games, gas fire pit, and movies. We stayed 5 nights and couldn’t take it all in. It was so much fun. Had the best supplies of any VRBO I’ve been in. Kitchen truly stocked. Soap pumps in bathrooms. Lots of swim towels. Free snacks and sodas. Throw blankets for couches. So many thoughtful touches. Carlene and Janet were a joy to communicate with. Note: Unlike some houses where you have to choose whether to heat the spa or pool from one heat source, the spa heats independently so it’s nice and hot while pool stays warm.

The pool and backyard were amazing. We enjoyed the bikes and the boat, plenty of outdoor fun.

This home is exactly as advertised and then some. Carlene and Janet are both very helpful and knowledgeable. Providing tips and recommendations of places to see and eat. The pool and spa are wonderful. The outdoor area is spacious and peaceful. The view of the lake is great as well. Unfortunately time ran out on boating weather while we there. You don't have to leave the house if you don't want to. Everything is there. Centrally located, made it nice to go out an explore. Comfortable beds, very clean home. Can't say enough. Will definitely be back.

This amazing Arizona home is in a great neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. We vacationed there with our 3 teen/young adult kids during the Christmas holiday. The house was decorated for the holidays and there were welcoming holiday treats including candies, popcorn, and other various snacks as well as drinks that were so festive. This was helpful especially since we all arrived hungry from traveling. Carlene made everything so simple with check-in and arrival as well as explaining the pool, hot tub and home operations. The kitchen was amazing with absolutely everything you could want for cooking, food storage, and food prep. My whole crew absolutely loved the snow cone maker!! We were able to use the bikes, golf clubs and pontoon which were all awesome. There were a ton of yard games and indoor games that we enjoyed playing. The beds, pillows and blankets were all extremely comfortable and luxurious. Carlene and Janet, the home manager, genuinely care about the guests having a truly enjoyable vacation and making sure they have everything they could need or want. The property is so pretty and inviting. The house, yard, pool area and patio furniture were extremely neat, clean and well organized. The hot tub and pool are fabulous. We are so appreciative to both Janet and Carlene. for a relaxing holiday with such nice memories!

We enjoyed a long holiday weekend with family- boating, hot tubbing, swimming, biking and hiking! Property is just as advertised. Owners have thought of everything! Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful with any issue we had. The house is very well appointed: The kitchen was so comfortable and we found all utensils that anyone could ask for. The outside was very nice and we loved the view of the lake. The pontoon boat was so fun. Our guys loved the fishing: Super big fish!!!

From start to finish Carlene is a Pro. She is just exceptional to work with and her home is filled with everything and so much more than any other Vrbo experience we’ve had. House has a fabulous layout and great outdoor space… we will definitely be booking this home again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great area, and such a beautiful home. We stayed a long weekend to celebrate our daughters graduation at GCU and the welcome sign, card & decor was so thoughtful. This home was so comfortable and we loved the snack basket and all the supplies to make this stay really seem like home. The putting green was so fun, the boat water tour was so beautiful and The POOL - wow...we had the best time and thank you for allowing us to have an early check in and late check out and use of your golf clubs. Super easy to find and so much to do. Would Highly recommend this home!!! We feel so blessed to have stayed here.

This was our most favorite VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at!! Not only was it an absolutely beautiful, amazing backyard oasis with a salt water pool, and electric boat; the owner, Carlene, goes above and beyond with such attention to detail, and thoughtful care!! She was so wonderful to work with!! She felt like a friend and we would even send her photos of us all enjoying her property each day! The kitchen is completely stocked, with every little thing you could possibly need, plus more!! From extra batteries, paper goods, full size spice cabinet, olive oils, wine glasses, a fully loaded coffee bar, and even sporks! Night lights everywhere, nice bathroom amenities, so many indoor and outdoor games, mini putt putt, coloring stuff for kids, tons of blankets….The bedrooms were all so clean and comfortable, nice garage loaded with tons of pool toys and floats, bikes, fishing gear, etc…. The professional cotton candy machine and snow cone machine were our favorites!! We enjoyed morning and evening boat rides around the lake and swam all day in the pool. We had plans to go to the Phoenix zoo, Scottsdale, and hiking, but we loved the house so much, we literally only left one time for groceries!!! Fry’s grocery store is 3 minutes away- so convenient. You can go hiking on the neighborhood trails. The area feels very safe and secure. I highly recommend this house, and can’t wait to return again next year!!!! Best house ever!!!

We had a lovely stay at this house! The owner was super nice and helpful, the pool area was wonderful and the view over the lake was stunning! Be sure to take out the boat for a nice sunset cruise. We leave with many great memories, thanks for everything!

The house was great, everything we could have needed. Everything was very relaxing, we enjoyed the pool everyday and our boys loved playing pool each night. Carlene was lovely to work with and all the extra touches were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home! Carlene and Janet went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special for the whole family. We were celebrating family birthdays and were surprised with decorations upon arrival. The house has so many activities and the neighborhood is great for walking and there are also hiking areas right across the street. Thank you for making this a memorable trip for the entire family!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was like being at our own private resort. There’s so much to do if you want, and also many comfy spots to just relax. The home is well-stocked with everything you can think of (or forgot to pack). Carlene was a fantastic host and along with her property manager Janet, made sure that we were well taken care of. Simply the best experience.

Owner was very friendly and responsive. Local Property manager dropped in to be certain that all was in order. Very nice 3 day stay.

My Husband and 2 boys stayed at this beautiful property for a quick getaway to see Cold Play and to hang pool side. We've rented a lot of VRBO's and this by far is our favorite! There is so much to do you don't even need to leave the house! The boys were fishing all through out the day, you would find me pool side lounging or putting on the green. We made snow cones, played ping pong, Xbox and the list goes on. Carlene was an amazing host and even had a present sent to the boys. She mailed them cold play shirts and stickers for their first concert. I can't tell you how cool it was for them to reviece a package at our vacation rental. She went above and beyond and sent such a thoughtful gift which added to our entire experience that none of us will ever forget. We will definitely be staying at this luxury rental again the next chance we get!

Our group was four retired friends escaping the cold an snow. One couple also has a daughter on staff at GCU so that was a plus. The house is great, and both Carlene and Janet were available whenever we needed a hand. The electric boat, which we didn't intend to use, was a fun diversion as well. Highly recommend.

The Sunsets from the pool were fantastic all weekend long. Host was very accommodating and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a weekend! Will definitely see if this spot is available the next time we come to the area.

Owner was very communicative and helpful about everything at the property and provided a generous credit b/c one amenity was not operational (through no fault of her own). I would highly recommend the house and the owner/manager! Sean

House was everything as it was listed and more. Amazingly well stocked kitchen. Perfect for 7 adults as a family gathering. Something for everyone. The owner was amazing to work with and available for all our question. Definitely plan on coming back. Soon!!!

Great property for relaxing in or by the pool with the family and never really needing to go out. Plenty of other things to do around house and a really convenient location when we did need to go out - Carlene was extremely customer focused and wanted to ensure that we had a great stay - communication from Carlene was excellent! - thank you for letting us stay in your home.

I cant say enough about this house. It was beautiful. We went grocery shopping the 1st day and never left the home. The boat, pool, pool table, games, coloring books, signs throughout the home for guidance. Everything was perfect. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Carlene for everything!

The house is nice, clean, organized. The lake is very quant, and the neighborhood is adorable, and quiet. The pontoon is a fun extra. Too bad it goes extremely slow. But, all in all, a good time!

I checked out of this amazing property today and my entire family didn't want to leave! Carlene had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The pool was a huge hit with my kids. We celebrated my teenagers (14th) birthday. They had a welcome sign, and even a cotton candy machine for use! We were so busy and didn't use but very thoughtful. We had kids ranging from 4 to 15 years of age and everyone had the best time. We cooked on the grill, swam, laughed, and made great memories here!

We had an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly responsive . We had a few issues but they were dealt with immediately. The beds were so comfortable and the entire house was set up so well. It was an incredible 40th birthday celebration and I’m so thankful I got to do it at this house . The boat was such a fun addition .
