Primera y última vez Estuve hospedado en este hotel “boutique”, por tan solo una sola noche aunque el plan eran 3. La experiencia no fue buena, encontré una situación inesperada y bastante desagradable: por la noche, mientras dormía, se desprendían fragmentos del techo sobre la cama (ver fotos de las condiciones del trecho de mi habitación) Esto es un detalle que, incluso en un hotel de categoría inferior, resulta inaceptable. Lo más desconcertante fue que, al expresar mi queja al personal, la respuesta fue indiferente; no se ofreció ninguna disculpa o compensación, algo que habría sido un mínimo gesto de atención para una experiencia de este tipo. Sumo que el colchón era sumamente incómodo. Considero que un hotel boutique de esta categoría y precio debería revisar cuidadosamente sus instalaciones y mejorar el servicio al cliente para estar a la altura de las expectativas de huéspedes que prefieren esta opción frente a la oferta de hoteleria tradicional. Conclusión no lo recomiendo

Excellent location with great food at the restaurant

The rooms are large and very well decorated. The food at the hotel is exceptional! Breakfast at the restaurant facing the very peaceful and serene courtyard area was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There is a nightclub that is seemingly close to the hotel that has very good music. Unfortunately, the music is played well into the night, which could create interrupted sleep. I used a sleep application with white noise, so it was not a bother to me.

Great location, super friendly staff and everything was very clean. Very nice house and the restaurant was good.

Rooms are very austere and simple, expected a bit more for the rate I paid. TV installation wasn’t done properly and angled way too low.
