THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE BEDDING UNTIL 3 DAYS AFTER ALSO THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE TOWELS UNLESS YOU ASK THEM AFTER 3 DAYS THE BEDS ARE COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE ROOMS ARE SMALL AND THE THE PLACE YOU CAN GET REST BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY NOISY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REST The beds are loose and very old , noisy you can feel all the springs on your body instead to be feeling rested you feel your body all sore because the beds springs it so noisy lake an old cart the breakfast that they says this is included with the price it is a shame because they only serve you Eggs. fried sweet platain, beans and bread every single day is the same

I like it, very pleasant place, clean, good location, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff.

Need a little touch ups in a few things like, fix sinks draining, and it had a bad smell but pretty much that was it all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Parking was easy and readily available, and it was close to all the attractions of the San Salvador Zona Rosa area. If you like bar hopping, it's a perfect location for it since it has so many bars in easily walkable distances. The hotel was older and could use some tlc but not complaining since it had air conditioning for people who can't handle the heat and also two rooms for my wife and I to let the children have their own room to sleep in. I will be returning again in the future.

The shower head in the room leaked and wouldn't adjust but otherwise everything else was good.

Breakfast was super small. Water expensive. For the nightly rate you would think it would be included.

The place was very dirty. I had to request to change because the forst room was dorty also the bath tub was clowed and there were no toiletries. When i was hange into a different room And they took me to the room there was a big roach in the courtin, so they have to take me to a third room that was dirty also. I notice. Stains on the white bed linen also a empty can of soda on the trashcan in the living room.the staff was great tho. But totally disappointed of the cleaning.

The room was relatively clean. There was a safe parking place. The staff waited for us until 10pm when we arrived and the check-in was smooth.

Oh my, where to begin?.. 1. There were mosquitoes in the room and they bit us during the night 2. There was no blanket provided so I asked for one and we were told everyone was gone. The message i sent and the phone call i made were ignored until this day! 3. There was no drinking water provided! I went across the street (the other building that belongs to the hotel) and asked for 2 bottles which were considered "extra consumption" and got charged for them. 4. The pool is diagusting! I was going to go for a swim and saw the tile grooves filled with gross mold! 4. We got a knock on our soor at 5:40 am to let us know that the car that was behind ours needed to get out! 5.the place looks unpkempt and the noise level is terrible - door slamming, toilets and showers could be heard most of the nigh 6. Garbage was strewn and garbage cans were full amd dirty I could keep going, but i will stop here... would NEVER recommend a place like this to anyone! It was the worst experience we've had with hotels!

The location is close to shops and restaurants in a nice area. The bed was very comfy, plenty o hot water in the shower. Air conditioning is modern and effective. The staff were very helpful in organising our taxi to the airport with our large bike boxes.

The breakfast was not very good. The pancakes were undercooked both times, the first time being inedible. They do not seem to respond to messages you send on Booking.com before you arrive.

WIFI is not the best

Nice quiet location in San Benito close to many bars and food spots - nice garden in the hotel to chill with tables to work - King room was spacious with a comfy bed - large dressing room - decent breakfast included - staff were helpful overall

The first king room we stayed at had a wall window that can’t open (second king room was sunny and much better) - early checkin was not possible BUT possible with a fee - reception closes at 10pm and you can’t ask for anything after that (to buy water for instance)

The restaurant had very limited choice and the meals are very small.

It is located on the middle of the city, where everything is near.
