Spacious room, extremely clean, nice pool, great location

Beds extremely hard but they did try to resolve the issue. Pool was never very busy but if it was there is not many sunbeds.

The staff were amazing. So helpful. They helped us with transport and bookings. Shortly after checking out I realised I had misplaced a personal item and thought I had have left it in the room. I rang reception and they were so helpful. Within minutes they phoned me back after checking the room. The location is great. It was close to some good food spots. The rooms were comfy and spacious. It was decent and clean for the money spent.

The curtains let too much light in. If these were changed it would be ideal.

Very quite. Panarame window. Personal kitchen. Smart TV. 1 min to Big-C 5 min to 7-11 5 min to Lamai beach by walk. 15 min to Lotus by walk (biggest market) Perfect, perfect, perfect...

Quiet location, still just a small walk from the main road and beach of the town. I got a large 3-person room with kitchen on the third floor (no elevator). I had a view out over the neighborhood and greenery. Clean. Small but nice pool area.

Its a bit dated. What I had thought was a private balcony, was just chairs and table on a shared entrance "balcony". (Would also have been great with power outlets easily accessible by each bed. )

We stayed in the Garden Home room and it was just perfect! Really close to the beach and other shops/local restaurants! Loved the fact that the TV had Netflix and Prime - made us feel really at home! The staff were lovely, we were able to rent a bike from them and they did our laundry too! Overall really happy with our stay here, thank you❤️

pool maybe could have been a bit cleaner but it didn’t affect us or put us off at all was still lovely!

Location is perfect, couple of minutes from the beach, plenty of cafes, shops around, food market, supermarket are also close. There is separate kitchen in the room with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and basic dishes. You can also ask for a stove to cook. The laundry is for reasonable price. They told us during check-in that cleaning is once in two days but in fact it was every day, also they provide a bottle of water for each person daily. It's very quiet despite this is the center of very busy area.

The pool inside is made from some cheap material and it's not pleasant to walk there especially in children's part.

We got a 4 person room even though we were only a couple - it was extremely spacious. Kitchen utensils outside the room - microwave, kettle, bowls, plates and cutlery which we used. Very comfortable bed and great air con.

The shower leaked through the bottom of the door which made the entire bathroom wet.

Very friendly staff, very good wifi connection in the room if you need internet for work. Room cleaning every day. Available laundry. Near to the beach, restaurants. Highly recommended.

We were staying in room B2. When we arrived, we were lucky that our room was ready before our check-in time, which was amazing, as we'd had a long day of traveling behind us by that time already. The room was amazing!! It was so spacious! Super big kitchen and the balcony was great! Also the view was amazing. We've been in Thailand for over a month by now and we loved this hotel's garden and view the most! Super green and beautiful view to the pool side and the mountains. Wifi was amazing as well! As I'm a digital nomad, then having great wifi is essential for me. There was an issue with the wifi for a bit right after we had checked in, and it was resolved super quickly. The lady at the reception is really helpful and speaks English really well! The cleaning ladies don't speak much English though, so it might be easier to use google translate on your phone and show them the text if there's something specific you require. And one thing I would like to bring out is how clean the rooms are! The cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job! everything is spotless! Which is super rare in Thailand (from our experience so far)! Pool was great too! It even has a jacuzzi there! Location is also great, as there are 2 food streets nearby, plus a lot of restaurants and shops, so everything is within a walking distance. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach as well, so I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel! :) And I also loved the big tv in the room :D I connected it with my laptop so we could enjoy watching some movies and series from the bigger screen :)

It depends which neighbors you get :D We had some party people next door for the first couple of days, so we heard loud music from their side, but then again, that's nothing to do with the hotel itself :) and the next ones who came to that room were super quiet. So unless the people are playing loud music and are on the balcony talking loudly, then the rooms are quiet :)

location is excellent, 5 min from the beach and near nice places to eat. staff is very polite and helpful. the hotel’s territory is clean and looks cosy. rooms are big and comfortable

I stayed here for 3 nights and I really liked it. especially the woman at the reception (tiew) was very nice and helped with everything, i felt very welcome and definitely recommend this accommodation

Best accommodation in Lamai, the staff are so beautiful and kind felt like home away from home, we were so heartbroken to leave! thank you so so much- so clean! well decorated, huge rooms, huge kitchen, sofa, table chairs, outlets by beds/all over room, free umbrellas, comfy beds, balcony, pool, awesome bathrooms, drinking water and towels etc everyday, great location, Netflix, fast internet, home cats, best part is the staff though so happy, helpful and warm :)

This hotel is terrible. There was very few people staying in hotel. They put us in a very small room with no natural light or ventilation like somewhere you would store mops. The room smelled like it hadn't been slept in in years full of ants and bugs in the bathroom. Bed was so hard there be more comfort sleeping on the floor. Pool didnt look the cleanest so didnt go in. Booked for 2 nights had to leave after the first one. Location is good but even if it was free I wouldn't sleep here again!! Rented a scooter through the hotel rear brakes didn't work so was deadly dangerous. If I could give this a minus review I would. October 2022
