Spacous ground Floor 2 Bedroom Apartment With Views Of Town And Sea
Amplio apartamento de 2 dormitorios en la planta baja, 1 dormitorio con 1 cama doble y 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Una gran sala de estar abierta y planificada. TV vía satélite con WiFi, cocina con todas las comodidades, incluyendo una línea de lavado en el área de Solana adjunta a la cocina. Un apartamento de esquina que es parte de un pequeño complejo residencial con una vista de la terraza de una hermosa piscina compartida y plaza de aparcamiento privado junto a la puerta de entrada. A 5 minutos a pie del supermercado ya menos de 10 minutos a pie de la playa.

Having previously stayed in this complex we knew what to expect in the local area. The complex is situated in a very quiet area of the resort but within close proximity of a large supermarket, several restaurants and many bars. The resort centre of Costa Teguise is just a short ten-minute stroll away.
The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and homely and had everything and more that you could need. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the laundry room is a bonus. The whole apartment is very well designed with great furnishings and just a few steps from the pool. We had an absolutely fantastic week which was made all the better by Lynne’s (the host) communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you Lunne, we will be back.

Great location ,the appartment was a lot bigger than the pictures show ,very clean and comfortable,lovley pool,nice and quiet area but at the same time only a 5 minute walk to great bars and restaurants would recomend to all friends and family

Little disappointed as welcome pack did not include water or milk. Lovley quiet place to stay. slight problem with damp in bedroom but was told if I had reported it they would have sent there maintenance out. Would return didn't put us off.

As a large family group we booked Lynne's apartment and the apartment next door. We cannot say how pleased we were with both apartments the value for money in peak season was great.
We loved that the apartments and pool were quiet without being remote only 10 mins and you are in the centre of the resort.
Everything was perfect and worked perfectly for us and what we wanted out of our trip.
We would book again.

good size apartment, great location, quiet, near to spar, bars and beach. Easy to get around by bus.

We love this apartment.
We love this apartment. It's in walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed. The pool is lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves. We can't wait to return.

Awesome apartment
Had a great time staying at Lynnes apartment, it was probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Clean, easy access and everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We hope to be able to book again in the future. We even had a lodger, Gary the Geko who occasionally popped in to say hello to us. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to book a great place to stay in Costa Teguise.

The only complaint I have is there wasn’t a welcome pack and we had to pop out for milk, luckily we had a car and knew where the supermarket was, as we arrived late in the evening.
I will definitely be returning as this was the best apartment we’ve had in lanzarote.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this apartment; it was immaculately cared for. The apartment is a corner plot and is very quiet. We mostly had the pool to ourselves. It is a short walk to the beach and choice of various restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous apartment and location
The apartment is a great size, perfect for us and our 2 sons. We have stayed in different apartments in Costa Teguise over the past 7 years but have to say that this one we will definitely be booking again. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay.
The complex has a lovely pool and is very clean and tidy, it’s only a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.

Another Fantastic stay in Costa Teguise!
This is our second stay at Lynne's apartment & couldn't ask for more. The location is perfect, within walking distance from a large Spar shop, the beach at Las Cucharas & lots of good bars & restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, iron, hairdryer etc so you have everything you could possibly need. You can see the sea from the patio & the pool is situated in well maintained gardens & is stunning. We love staying here & hope to return again very soon. Alex & Minn

Brilliant Time
Have just returned after our 4 month stay in San Jacinto and had an amazing time. The apartment had everything and more than we needed for our home from home stay.
Although dated it did not deter our enjoyment.
The bed was very comfortable, and great to have good wifi and most of the English TV channels.
Great views and brilliant location.
Lynne was great to deal with and Sally and Dave very friendly and always on hand to help. The complex is beautiful, very quiet and kept to a high standard
Hope to be returning in the future for another long stay.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and nicely decorated.
We had a great time staying here. The apartment had everything you need including fully equipped kitchen and new washer/dryer. The pool area was pristine, every time we went down we had it all to ourselves.
The apartment is about a 10/15 min walk (stroll!) to the sea, main restaurants and bars with a spar under 5 mins away.
Dave picked us for from the airport which was fab as we weren’t worried about instructing a taxi driver to the location.
We’ll defiantly stay here again and recommend it to family and friend

Lovely holiday
Lovely stay in this apartment - it was very clean and had everything you could have wished for. Sally and Dave were very helpful. Perhaps only downside was no loungers at the pool but we bought a couple of lilos which did the trick.

Terrific location. Well maintained property.
The property is very spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. There's a very good kitchen and washing machine with a large drying space The balcony area is very private with excellent views.
The pool is a really good size and there was always plenty space in and around it.
The apartments are very near (200 yards) to a large supermarket and some nice places to eat. It's only a five minute walk down the road to the beach area and the water park is within walkable distance but is only a couple of minutes in a taxi.
Second time staying here and would whole-heartedly recommend it.

ground Floor flat Costa Teguise
The property was spacious enough and was in a quiet area. However there was a neglected feel about it which was disapointing. Couldn’t change sheets for a fortnight. Welcome pack consisted of 2 small cans of SAN Miguel and a carton of long life milk. There was some ancient coffee in a plastic box and several teabags. Thank goodness I had brought my own. Anyway I hate negativity but it was a bit of a let down. On the positive side it could have been worse. Flat needs a deep clean. Forgot to add that the hot water runs out before 3 people can have a shower.......bigger boiler maybe?

We stayed at the apartment for a week. The apartment was a lot larger than the pictures show and well equipped. There was quite a big balcony with sea views. The pool area looked really nice and well kept but unfortunately the weather was not warm enough for us to use. My only criticism would be that larger towels would be nice.
The apartment is well located with a couple of restaurants a short walk away and about 10mins walk into the centre and beach with plenty of restaurants and shops.
Dave & Sally were very helpful - met us at the airport and took us back and arranged car hire for us.
We would certainly come for another stay.

The apartment has everything you would need . fully equippped . close to some really nice resturants and bars . i would totally recomend staying here . its in the best part of lanzarote .i have been a few times over the years and we actually felt relaxed staying here

Fabulous apartment
Our 3rd stay in the apartment. Spotless and well looked after. Everything you could need for your holiday. Good British tv system and wi-fi. The complex pool has just been completley refurbished. Our children didnt want to go home again!!! Thanks so much Sally and Dave for all your help. See you next year

Lovely apartment , in nice settings
This property has everything you need in a lovely complex which was kept very clean. Apart from being spacious, it is very tastefully decorated and furnished. It also has television and wifi. Although it is a bit of a walk to the beach area, a 5 minute walk takes you to the Spar shop where you can get all you will need for your stay, there is also ample eating places in this area. This is not the first time I have stayed at this apartment and if visiting this area again it would most definitely be here.

Fab week in lanzarote
Great location,apt was near enough to walk to the beach and restaurants.
The apt is clean and has everything you need to self cater if you so wish.spa shop only five minutes away.
Highly recommend touring the island.especialy the cesar manrique sights.
Pick up a free map at the airport.
Only gripe was not enough towels.
Would recommend as will probably return.
