Everything is very close, 5 min. walking - train, beach, groceries, pharmacy. Etc. Good communication with property manager.

Fantastic Location

After making initial arrangements to collect keys at the last minute they were changed after an angry email things were sorted out. We could not operate the Air Conditioning as l do not think they had the power turned onto them.You have to pay extra for Sheets and Towels. l believe staff need to be a bit more tolerant of travellers as the Apartment is old but in a great location.

The location was very good. Close to beach and restaurants.

Had to pay for towels and linen. Then we had to make our own bed. No coffee or water or anything for that matter. The bed linen they did provide did not fit the bed. The place looked dirty. I asked to have a check in at a certain time and the host said NO! Very uncomfortable experience to be honest

Balcony is great, comfortable bed, good location - next to the sea and the train station.

The shower is terrible. There are no good cutlery im the kitchen.

Location and plenty of room. Clean and ease of picking up keys.

Location was great, very close to the centre of santa margherita. Nice balcony, need cushions for outdoor chairs as slightly uncomfortable.

Paying €80 for cleaning. The apartment has not been cleaned to a high standard..dirty toilet, dirty shower. The mandatory price for cleaning seems excessive and you would expect a higher standard of cleanliness on arrival. A basic lack of amenities such as kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, wifi. Extra charges for bedding and towels. All seemed to be a bit of a rip off!
