Nicely remodeled and cozy. Kids enjoyed the pool and was convenient to explore on foot or into seaside

Good location for seeing all local sites. Unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities that were required for our short stay.

Nice apartment with a great ocean view from the 5-th floor balcony. It would help if some "cosmetic" repair would be done to the walls and the ceiling (in the master bedroom). I would recommend staying there.

This location was overall good and had a beautiful view! There was some mold in the bathrooms and the upstairs bed was broken but it didn’t ruin our trip. Would stay again!

Needs some repairs and there is mold in some places. All in all for the price updates should be done. Good times tho

This is overall a pretty great condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Pictures are pretty accurate. Lots of room for guests to spread out. Large deck to watch the waves. Pretty well stocked kitchen for cooking with the exception of spices, oil, tin foil etc. so be sure to bring those items. The only real complaint we have aside from the condo’s furnishings/supplies being very outdated & no tv’s in bedrooms(not a huge deal), is the black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom and walls in master bedroom. The bedroom walls had been attempted to paint over, but it was obviously seeping through. We were also not given any instructions on garbage disposal. So we had quite a few bags pilled up after 4 days. We would reserve again if the mold issue is resolved. Slight updates could make this condo amazing!

This condo is part of the Gearhart by the Sea Resort, and is pretty nice: top floor, lots of space, well equipped. The pictures are accurate and the view of the ocean is very nice.

This property was in a great location, had plenty of space for our family. The house also came fully stocked with everything we needed which was great! The house was very dirty however, sticky spots on the carpet, dirty dishes, dirty refrigerator and freezer. There was dirt and grime all over the back splash in the kitchen. As well as sand on the big purple couch. Couple be a lot better experience if it was cleaned.

Super close to seaside and Golf courses. Awesome for a beach with not very many people.

Overall comfortable and nice. Dining set needs to be updated. TV in master would be nice. An easy improvement would better deck furniture to be able to sit and enjoy the outdoors early and late.

This was an amazing trip I take my boys for an adventure trip every year and this was my favorite. The staff was amazing the location perfect. Everyone wants to go back next year. Thank you so much.
