Le personnel était charmant; différents services comme la salle de yoga, de co working et le jardin sont top. Possibilité de se faire amener les repas en chambre

La climatisation ne pouvait pas se régler et était mal entretenu, au dessus du lit je suis repartie avec un rhume. La salle de bain était pas du tout confortable, un énorme trou dans le plafond et un plastique de chantier à la place d’une fenêtre, le carrelage extrêmement glissant et le robinet qui ne tient pas vraiment Ayant pris un petit déjeuner sur ma terrasse, l’assiette a été débarrassé que le soir car je leur ai demandé (bonjour les fourmis) Aussi, après avoir nettoyé ma chambre je me suis retrouvée sans serviette, le personnel a du prendre une serviette de la chambre d’à côté car sinon ils n’en n’avaient plus…

Pool was big and deep, stayed in for hours ! Great place to meet people, quiet and decently spacious rooms.

I was lucky enough that i only spent a night here and i did not had a pleasant stay at all. First, the window cannot be locked from inside and they do nothing about it except for ‘we will ask the guard to check regularly’. How much do you trust the guard you barely know? Especially when you are a solo traveler and also a woman. The room were also located at the corner so if you ask me about my safety during my stay i would definitely think twice to stay here again. Second, theres a lot of trash in front of my balcony and the smells coming from it, it’s the worst! Sticky floor cus floor mat are not provided and the room were dirty to my preference. Toilet needs a deep clean. Dont make me start with the seating couch at the pool area. You dont even want to seat on that filthy couch trust me. Overall, dont waste your money here it’s not worth it.

The property is in a great location for accessing Kuta Lombok centre.

The rooms are awfully outdated, hotels in the ceilings, plugs hanging out the walls and the lights are so dim. You can hardly see anything. The staff moved us into a different room which was just as poor if not worse for lighting. The shower was disgusting we didn’t even want to shower in it.

Kamers zijn opnieuw geschilderd maar er is nog veel meer achterstallig onderhoud. Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Personeel niet erg geïnteresseerd, ontbijt kon niet op de rekening van de kamer worden geschreven. Geen kussentjes op de stoelen op de veranda van het huisje. Ligging is prima, net uit de drukte en vlak bij het strand

Onderhoud elektriciteit, badkamer gevaarlijke plekken met blootliggende electriciteitsleiding bij de spiegel!

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Localisation top, proche de tout les magasins et plages. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, adorable et au petit soins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour magnifique. Merci d’avoir mis notre bébé à l’aise. Bisous de Naya!
