The room and the apartment were in an ideal location for us to attend a wedding. They were clean, spacious and beds were comfortable ( although one pillow felt like it was full of pebbles - fortunately we were able to swap them round). The bathrooms were great- lots of hot water for showers and the air conditioning was excellent.

We were expecting two deluxe rooms. We had initially advised the owner that we would be arriving at approximately 5.30/6pm. We later let them know it would be 6.30pm. However, one room was ready on the ground floor and we had also been allocated an apartment on the lower ground floor which wasn't ready until approximately 7pm. Mario and the cleaner who showed us in were welcoming and very nice but did not speak any English. He phoned a relative who acted as translator over the phone and she kindly gave her number in case of any problems. I know we were in Italy and should try to speak the language but one of the reasons I chose this property was comments that the owner spoke very good English. The kitchen which was advertised as being fully equipped was missing basics - kettle, toaster, glasses, chopping board, sharp knife, tea towel and corkscrew. The living area in the apartment had a dining table and chairs and one large uncomfortable armchair. We had to remind them to give us keys and there were no instructions on what to do when we left.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, beautiful property. Perfect location to stay close to everything (15 min away from Downtown and Zoosafari), but up in the mountain to have peace and quiet. Great snacks and drinks 24/7. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The staff was very helpful even though he can speak English, location was just perfect, very close to Alberobello and Locorotondo

The owner/operators was very kind and helpful and the comminication was quick and straightforward. The breakfast was correct, The accomodation was comfortable, really clean and spacious. Perfectly useable kitchen facilities.
