Perfectly located to nightlife, entertainment and beach. Parked the car and walked the rest of our time there. Only drove when going out of town.

Read all of the reviews before you book this place, I wish I did. This place smells and it has no lights on the hallway. The guy lives upstairs made noises early in the morning and there is a big dog barking everyday, even at 11pm. I never had any experience like this.

we couldn't use one of the bathroom because there was a bad smell coming from. We sent a message to the owner right away but there was no response nor action was taken.
Communication was not the best. Our flight got delayed so we tried to get in touch but no response. Even calling the phone number didn't help. So we were uncertain if there would be someone to give us the keys. We went into the apartment but no one was there so we went outside again not knowing where to pick up the keys. After a brief period someone walked to us and handed over the keys.

It didn't even have a fresh sponge to clean the crockery. The sponge was old and mouldy. If the holiday guests wash the dishes like this, it's no wonder that everything is so dirty and has to be cleaned before use. The walls of the estate are falling apart and it's not a pretty sight. The neighbour's dog barking at everyone who passes by is so annoying. The main entrance door is broken and is open day and night so that anyone can easily get into the house.

Do not go to this apartment!
Christina who managed the property was awful, communication was appalling lied about aspects of the holiday. Tried to charge us for extras that we’re supposed to be included.
No communication about getting in the apartment we had to ask an estate agent to contact her as she didn’t answer the phone we stood waiting when we got there. I WhatsApped and she took 2 days to reply and said I hadn’t messaged her when it was clear she had read my messaged and cut the call off when I tried to contact her then sent a message “message me” Refused to give us the address of the property I had to call VRBO to help. When we eventually got in she charged us €25 per person for linen and towels there was 5 of us and there were 4 sets of thread bare rock hard towels and the linen was just pieces of material with dirty quilts in the cupboards 2 of them. There was a foul smell in the bathrooms all the time which made you feel sick.
The children’s pool was full of building materials and rubble we had children with us so we expected the pool no mention of that beforehand. We had a late flight we asked if we could have late check out she said it would be €140 for 4 hours! She said there was somewhere to leave our cases on the day of departure she said there wasn’t! The beds are rock hard wooden plank with a rubbish mattress on them. And only sleeps 4 the sofa pulls out but the room isn’t big enough to accommodate it.
Do not go here it’s appalling !

Accurate depiction of the property. Check in easy. Employee of owner met us. Apartment very clean. Sufficiently equipped for basic cooking. Nice large deck with view of sea. Walking distance. To heach. Supermarket conveniently close by and lots of cafés and restaurants close by.
A few issues to address with owner before booking: there is an additional charge of $50 euros per couple for bed linens and towels ( they were of poor quality and bed sheets not fitted; no cleaning supplies… we were there for one month and had to buy cleaning supplies; pool was not available for use the first week we were there…dirty and construction . Owner did not advise us that pool was not available to us; strong sewage smell coming from on suite bathroom about 50% of the time and also on second floor hallway where apartment located… had to buy javex to manage smell.
If issues addressed with owner before booking, it is overall a good rental.

This apartment is conveniently located for shopping. There is a grocery store nearby, several tourists type stores, restaurants, tour operators and the beach is a 10 minute walk.

A very bad smell, bare minimum provided, no dish soap, our towels smelled mold and when asked for another set it was denied, toilet seat was broken and was to be replaced the next day, they never showed up. Appreciate the fact that check in was smooth since we were very tired.

Had a lovely 4 day stay in Christine's apartment. Cheak in was easy patrick meet us when we arrived and showed us around. Apartment was clean and very spacious with everything u need. Lovely views from balcony Supermarkets close by and a lovely all u can eat Chinese at the end of the street. Short walk to the strip. And also a 25 min walk to the old town which is lovely. Would stay again thank u for everything.

Fantastic holiday
The flat is very clean and spacious. Easy to communicate with the host. Fully equipped kitchen which was great for us as we had breakfasts in the flat on the large balcony with the sea view. Mattresses are super comfortable. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops, 5 min walk to the beach and walking distance to Albufeira old town. 5*

Sehr schlechte Kombination mit der Vermieter,Verabredung (Abholung von Flughafen)nicht gehalten.für Mitte November sind die Bettwäsche zu dünn.nach Verlangen das auch schwer eine Decke bekommen.aber die Lage war gut.für die Jahreszeit.

La région de l'Algarve est tout simplement magnifique. D'une rare beauté!
Appartement très bien situé dans une belle ville touristique, très propre et confortable, à proximité de tous commerces et restaurants, mais surtout idéalement placé à quelques minutes des côtes bordées par l'océan. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire et bien conseillés. Pour passer un très bon séjour en famille, sans aucun soucis.
Allez donc découvrir cette région de l'Algarve qui vous coupera le souffle de beauté, et vous transportera dans un autre monde!!! Époustouflant...

Lovely apartment
Would highly recommend this apartment. Very clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great sea view from the balcony, which had all day sun. In a great location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the strip. We was met by Patrick when we arrived, lovely guy. Doesn’t speak much English but we were still able to communicate ok. Also Christine sent a couple of messages to make sure we were ok, All in all we had a lovely time. Would definitely return. Thank you

First time in Albuferia
Great property and location. Comfortable and clean. Planning on staying again on our next visit. It would be nice to have a roll down shade on the terrace. A little warm in the afternoon. The terrace was our favorite spot.

Até ao dia de hoje não obtive a fatura do alojamento.
A limpeza foi muito fraca. Tive de pagar um extra a mais, supostamente para isso, no dia da entrada. No anúncio não fala.
A casa está bem localizada.

Our(o)a sobre Azul
Foi uma semana espetacular, os miúdos (adolescentes) adoraram ter uma piscina, quase, só para eles, apartamento bem localizado, perto de tudo, praia, comércio, supermercados, restaurantes, esplanadas, e com estacionamento ao pé do apartamento. O apartamento está bem equipado perfeito para dois casais com 2 miúdos, aproveitamos para fazer a maior parte das refeições em casa, foi mto bom, o anfitrião - Cristina, sempre disponível para tratar e ajudar e recomendar. Espero conseguir voltar no próximo ano. Muito obrigada - Lurdes Vale

Agradável estadia
Alojamento bastante bom para o preço, localização central, a 10 minutos a pé de duas praias e perto de muitos restaurantes e super mercado.
Piscina pouco movimentada ideal para um mergulho a qualquer horário.
A proprietária foi bastante simpática e flexível. Permitiu que levássemos os nossos animais sendo que o resto do condomínio também o permite.
Poderia ter mais algum material de reserva para limpezas, papel higiénico, etc.

The perfect vacation house in Albufeira.
Very clean , house is well equiped, close to the beach, the Owner is a very pleasant person. The area is very quiet and has good restaurants near the apartment. I would consider coming back here.

The property was advertised with two pools, one being a child’s pool and also advertised an elevator
I chose this property as I was travelling with my daughter and one year old granddaughter. It stated that it had children’s small pool and an elevator which appealed to us as we had a baby and a pram. There was a derelict child’s pool and an adults pool that was surrounded by empty run down derelict buildings, which no one used!! Surely this should have been stated in the advertisement. It said this was a quiet residential area, but we found noisey barking dogs all night and witnessed a few loud domestics which brought the neighbours out and the restaurant staff below. I wish I would of known about the lack of a lift as I suffer with back problems and carrying prams, shopping was a chore. I also had to ask for a mop as the place was really dusty and my granddaughters blanket got really black the first evening we arrived. They also said it had amazing sea views, but forgot to mention the awful rundown derelict buildings below in the view of the balcony which did not get any sun. Also, when I received my security deposit I was down 10 euros and asked for an explanation but still haven’t received one. I did not leave Portugal after my week, I found an altnernative place to stay. Very disappointed.

Dès notre arrivée nous sommes accueillis par des propriétaires charmants et chaleureux, l'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif. Tout est à portée, restaurants, magasins, plage.La région est magnifique pour y faire de splendides découvertes. Nous sommes pressé d'y retourner dans un avenir proche.

Apartamento muito agradável, limpeza impecável, muito próximo de restaurantes, supermercados. Varanda enorme para disfrutar de refeições em família. Praia a 15 minutos a pé.
Pude levar a minha cadela tb visto que o apartamento tb aceita animais.

Lovely apartment
Great holiday, lovely clean apartment. Christine very helpful. Location was fantastic, near lots of nice restaurants. Only slight gripe was that the pool was freezing. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Beautiful large modern apartment
Stayed in the apartment for 6 nights October 9th - 15th. Had arranged airport transfers with Christine. Her husband Patrick picked us up, he doesn't speak much English but we still managed to communicate. Really nice funny guy. Patrick took us for a tour around the area then to the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the largest apartment we have ever stayed In. Very modern and well kept with a huge balcony. It had absolutely everything you would require. Large swimming pool if you are brave enough to go in the. Water cold but then what can you expect for October. Very quiet apartment block in Central area, lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Try the Curry Lounge, turn left from the apartment 2 minutes down the road, eat all you want 15 euro. Great Indian meal, fab nan bread. Try also Cockerell restaurant down from the Curry Lounge then 1st left. Great English restaurant very popular requires prior booking at least 2 days in advance. Great location near to the strip and 20 minutes walk to Old Town. Best of both world's. Great communication with Christine. Would highly recommend. 5 star apartment. Will definitely return.

Schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick und ist so, wie beschrieben. Leider fehlte uns eine gewisse Grundausstattung zum Kochen, wie zum Beispiel Gewürze. Man sollte bedenken, dass das gesamte Haus sehr hellhörig ist und das benachbarte Hotel jeden Abend Live-Musik spielt. Ab 22.30 Uhr ist Ruhe. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, nebenan sind ein Supermarkt, eine Bushaltestelle und etliche Restaurants. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Taxistand am Strip in 5 Minuten. Über die Partymeile geht man zum nächstgelegenen Strand etwa 10 Minuten. Mit dem Transfer durch den Fahrer Patrick hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

lovely Apartment Good location
At check in we were shown around the apartment and outside areas by Patrick, the apartment had everything we needed, in a very good location the supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away very good for fresh bread and pastries lots of lovely restaurants around would recommended Ze do Peixe Assado, Pauluis Pizzeria and Neto all fabulous food also in the old town Restaurante
o catraio well worth a visit, if you want a really nice beach try Santa Eulalia its about a 15 minute walk away, all in we had a fantastic time.
On a personal basis just a couple of things about the apartment that we felt we would like to have had, was a hair dryer, it would have also been nice to have had a couple of loungers of some sort to use on the balcony, and one last thing the balcony sits above the restaurant kitchen below and you get the smell of food being cooked especially of an evening when sitting out there, not a big deal but worth a mention,
The communication with Christine all the way from booking through to checking out was excellent.

Beautiful apartment in a great location . Easy commute to Old town and Olas de Água.
Spent a week here with husband and kids . Close to all amenities. Great sized swimming pool , mainly only used by us during our stay as apartment is located in a predominantly residential block . Great for kids and adults . Shops ,restaurants , beach all within walking distance Good sized apartment , ideal if holidaying with teenagers as has 2 bathrooms . Very quiet at night . Met on arrival by Patrick who is extremely nice , shown around apartment . Supply of linen costs approximately 15 euros each with a further 50 euros to complete final clean ( This comes as a package ) Owner easily contactable if required but we had no need . Overall thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend.
