Stefania, at the reception ,is lovely and helpfully, and the view from the balcony is outstanding

View from the breakfast room was sensational. Friendly staff, hotel was in a good location.

Breakfast was average, some hot food would have been nice. A way to make tea and coffee in the room would have been great.

the location is great , staff are helpful but be careful when you ask for a car rental as they wont use the firm you asked for but there own the rook we had over lookig the harbour was fanastic we liked the quiter location but beware there arent many facilities or shops around the hotel you will need to walk a little

the breakfast is ok but now veg or fresh local fruits so mostly breads and pasteries (there is so much fabulous produce in italy) the bed could do with a matteress topper for me personally i got a bit of a bad back every morning

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to get to beach; 15 min walk to train station; nice restaurants nearby. Hotel room was clean and had beautiful view of sea from the balcony. Breakfast was good.

Room was on the small side but adequate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the view was breathtaking.

It had more of a hostel feel than a hotel. Some basic additions would have helped to change this, e.g. having a kettle/cups in the rooms and having hooks for towels would be a good start.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views to the marina. All the staff (Valeria, Stefania, Paolo) were really friendly and helpful, giving us good advice during our stay. Breakfast with lots of delicious options. We had 4 amazing days 😀

Only one old lift to the 5th floor. Room with no tea or coffee maker.

There wasn't any refrigerator in our room! In summer and hot without refrigerator?!

The scenery is very beautiful, in the hotel restaurant you can see the sea. Staff service is good.

location, i understood the location was IN Sorrento, but it is actually 30 min away.

I liked the location only.The breakfast was nearly enough.

I payed 304€ for 2 nights and i am completely disappointed. I couldn't see any view because of the moisture at the window. The window was also rusty. Generally you have the sense that the whole hotel is belongs to 80's. Furthermore, at the end of the day,they have committed from my account another 132€ and told me (Stefania) that they will return them in about a week. Hope that they will...Unexpected and unacceptable.

LOVED our stay! The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent , the view was above and beyond, our Rm 109 was great with a private balcony with AMAZING views! The location was GREAT! Close to train, walk to the lift to the beach, Monday Market in the street, excellent restaurants all looking at the amazing view, and the food was all amazing!!! I would definitely stay here in Piano Di Sorrento! Only 8” train to Sorrento!

The AC turns off when you sit on the balcony and leave the room.
