Von Anfang an alles perfekt. Salvador und Ingrid sind super lieb und haben uns zusätzlich noch mit ihren Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer Bäckerei verwöhnt. Die Finca ist wirklich sehr schön und alles genau so wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es war uns ein Vergnügen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Großzügiges im Haus, mit einem tollen Außenbereich/Pool; ideal für 2 Familien; perfekte Lage- direkt am Strand!

Super Lage, hoch über dem Strand. Wir haben die Tage in Cala Santanyí wirklich sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, bestimmt kommen wir einmal wieder.

The place was in a great location right on the beach less than 50 metre walk. Photos don’t do it justice. Salvador and Ingrid were really helpful and the place was lovely - couldn’t fault it

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Tolle Lage, nur wenige Stufen entfernt vom Strand. Die Besitzer sind super nett, jederzeit erreichbar und waren sehr bemüht. Sie begrüßten uns persönlich vor Ort mit einem leckeren mallorquinischen Kuchen und frischen Brötchen aus ihrer Bäckerei. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Handtücher, Pooltücher, Shampoo und Seife waren vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine stand bereit. Wir würden das Haus ausnahmslos empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

This was a last moment booking as the villa we had rented suffered storm damage. A blessing in disguise it turned out as we wouldn't have found this place, Great location close to the beach with garage parking just the start of joys to unfold. This beautifully built villa is large by most standards, lots of space to play or relax. a lovely clean pool with plenty of seating around. A lift from beach to accommodation level an absolute boon. Huge kitchen dining area with a large lounge off to one side just ideal for entertaining loafing or just family life. Salvador and Ingrid made us feel very much at home. a welcome note with samples from their bakery were most delicious and welcome. If you just want to chill and relax a car is not necessary, a Spar and places to eat and drink all close by. However to get the most from this region a car is a must. so many picturesque little places within 10 to 45 minutes drive. Cala Figuera just a few minutes drive is truly magic. Santanyi Wednesday market is huge and varied with good quality produce and wares. Not to be missed. The drive through Santanyi a tad challenging as many streets are very narrow with blind turns. Breathing in with clenched buttocks got us around ok. I will say no more as we don't want too many people finding their way here and limiting our booking prospects. This is an amazing house with probably the finest location overlooking the Cala. We were a party of grand parents, parents and children under 10, it was superb to have to pool and the beach so close. I agree it is better than the photos show. The Cala is small with a few excellent restaurants and bars but very authentic and it was perfect for children to play on the beach at night whilst we ate. If you want to relax,enjoy the pool and a very short walk to the excellent safe beach this is a perfect place. We enjoyed it so much we hardly used the car to explore anywhere else. The owners were fantastic, we had a huge storm that meant we lost power but they were always in touch checking we were ok and looked after us well. We have already re-booked !

This house is amazing. Great location for easy access to the beach and lots of places to eat. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and stocks most things. The underground parking was a huge bonus in the hot weather and because on street parking can be tricky in high season.

Ein super schönes, sauberes Haus. Toller Pool, alles da was man braucht, der Strand is über die stiegen sofort erreichbar. Kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt 2 min. Zu Fuß. die Vermieter Salvador und Ingrid wirklich sehr nett, haben uns mit Brot und Süßigkeiten aus ihrer Bäckerei empfangen. Waren per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und antworten schnell. Uns hat’s sehr gut gefallen, an manchen Tagen sind wir nicht mal an den Strand, weils so gemütlich am Pool war...

La casa es estupenda. Magníficamente situada sobre la cala de Santanyi. Ascensor privado y estás en la arena. Un lujazo. Muy bien equipada. Agradable porche para comer y una piscina que más limpia no puede estar. A 5 minutos de Santanyi, donde hay de todo. Lejos de las aglomeraciones de otras zonas de Mallorca aunque se echa de menos un paseo marítimo para dar una vuelta al atardecer. Salvador, su propietario es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. El descanso está asegurado

Ingrid et Salvador les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et d’une simplicité incroyable et pleins de petites attentions. La maison est très spacieuse et très propre. L’emplacement est incroyable. On accède à la partie à vivre par un ascenseur privé après avoir garé la voiture dans un grand garage double au niveau zéro de la maison (niveau de la plage) on arrive alors à une immense terrasse avec piscine et vue sur la plage et la cala aux eaux cristallines. De la terrasse un petit portillon permet de descendre directement à la mer en quelques marches. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression d’être privilégiés ! La climatisation (en supplément) n’est pas indispensable mais a été très utile pour dormir les premiers jours de notre arrivée car très grosse chaleur. Ensuite le bonheur est de laisser les baies ouvertes et de se laisser bercer par le bruit des vagues. Ingrid et Salvador sont très réactifs et très faciles à joindre grâce à WhatsApp. Le village de Santanyí est très joli avec un superbe marché deux fois par semaine. Tout est fait pour passer un séjour exceptionnel ! Merci Ingrid et Salvador, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Vanessa M-C

Great to look at, well designed for a fab family or group holiday. If you think it looks great by day, just wait until you’re sat by the pool for evening drinks or dinner! You’ll be just steps from a beautiful beach that also has a few quality and friendly bars and restaurants around its edge, we can recommend them all! Plus the all important Spar shop 1-2 minutes walking. Salvador and Ingrid can be justifiably proud of their villa, it certainly has the wow factor. They will look after you, and be there as soon as, but only, if you need them. They are very keen to make sure you are happy. There are recommendations of places to see etc on hand in the villa. Large supermarkets and Santanyi are within a 10minute drive. House and linens were all spotless. Everyone loved their bathrooms, 2 of the upstairs bedrooms have their own balcony, whilst the downstairs bedroom opens out to the main garden patio. Being returners to Majorca and only there for a week, and 3 generations from 2yrs the house and beach were more than enough for all of us. We loved it that the beach and facilities were clearly a popular place for the locals, and that other than the Spar shop there wasn’t a branded hostelre in sight! All in all we had a fab week, we would book this villa again without hesitation. You really won’t be disappointed.

The location of the house (32 steps away from the beach) and the property are amazing. We spent 2 weeks with 5 adults and 3 young kids and will for sure come back.

Wir waren zu fünft angereist und da das Haus für 8 Personen ausgestattet ist, hatten wir viel Platz. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen. Es hat einen Freisitz, auf dem wir jeden Tag unsere Mahlzeiten zusammen genießen konnten, mit Blick auf Strand bzw. Pool. Der Pool ist super und auch gepflegt, nicht beheizt aber was soll´s. Für ein paar Runden hat es auch im Mai funktioniert. Überhaupt sind Pool und Terrasse ideal gelegen. Am Morgen bis in die Mittagsstunden liegt beides in der Sonne. Ideal für ein Sonnenbad. Es gibt aber auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten, sich Schatten zu suchen. Z.B. im Sommer, wenn die Temperaturen dann doch ganz andere sind als im Mai. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Auch Handtücher für die Liegen am Pool. Zudem Fön und Duschmittel, was nicht in der Beschreibung aufgelistet ist. Das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. In einer fremden Küche muss man sich immer erst ein wenig eingrooven, hat aber auch alles prima funktioniert. Auf ein paar Rückfragen unsererseits wegen Kaffeemaschine und Warmwasserboiler haben die Vermieter umgehende reagiert. Überhaupt war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr angenehm. Sie waren immer ansprechbar (Whats up) und über das Willkommens-Brot aus ihrer eigenen Bäckerei haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut. Oberhalb des Hauses kann man über die Gartentüre und die Treppenanlage in 3 Minuten einen SPAR für die nötigsten Einkäufe erreichen. Mit dem Auto, das in der Garage zum Haus natürlich ideal untergebracht ist, ist man auch schnell nach Santanyi zum dortigen LIDL gefahren, wenn größere Einkäufe anstehen. Was man immer da haben sollte ist stilles Wasser. Im Haus steht nur entsalztes Wasser zur Verfügung, was zum Kaffee oder Tee kochen nicht so toll ist. Über die gleiche Treppenanlage nach unten ist man direkt am Strand oder im Strandlokal direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Auf der anderen Seite des Strandes gibt es auch einen Fahrradverleih um sich die Gegend mit dem Rad zu erschließen. Insgesamt ist es ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen.
