Desayuno bien. La cena a petición fue excelente, muy buen cocinero. La cama comfortable. El sendero del habitacion al restaurante. Todo el persónal muy amable, la señora incluso mi ayudo a encontrar el llave de mi coche.....gracias.

Si llueve es in algo molesto el senderismo al restaurante. En el habitación faltaría un tazón grande, azucar y cuchara para el café por la mañana. Una silla seria bonita si tienes que tomar el café dentro del habitación.

prachtige locatie, ruime kamer met balkon. terwijl je op het balkon zat kwamen de kolibries op minder dan 1 meter afstand. randall, de eigenaar, runt het bedrijf met zijn familie en doet dit zeer liefdevol en kan alles voor je regelen. ook het restaurant serveert heerlijk eten

I love the location, and the fact there is a spot to go watch the sunset that is a short uphill walk! Then restaurant and staff were nice!

I understand we are in the nature and the location. But there were tons of spiders in our room and a couple bugs.

Sitio con una ubicación y unas vistas increíbles, cerca de todo para visitar, el trato del personal increíble y te ayudan en todo lo que esté en su mano (excursiones, indicaciones,…) Randal un tío genial y trato súper cercano

Si tuviese que buscar algo, aunq no sería fácil encontrar algo malo, Para mi gusto, aunq durante la noche bajan bastante las temperaturas y no se duerme mal, durante el día se agradecería si tuviese aire acondicionado en la habitación

wonderful property, very comfortable room, excellent service and out of this world food! the room was very comfortable with the most comfortable bed on our whole trip. we had a wonderful balcony with 2 rocking chairs that we enjoyed very much. we watched the residents cat play with the resident armadillo! and white faced monkeys came to visit us at breakfast. But most impressive was dinner! we opted to eat at Belcruz both evenings we stayed here. it was absolutely fantastic, do not skip dinner!!!! I thought the chef must have worked many years at a fancy restaurant in the city, but we found out it is the owners son who happens to be very talented. it was the best food on our trip by far. and the beef filet was most probably the best one we ever had at a restaurant!

someone had smoked in the room which is completely out of ownerships control. it seemed they worked hard on getting the smell out.

The customer service and food is nothing we have experienced before, could not fault the dinner and families customer service is top notch, worth the venture out for town even for the dinner

Great location near the all the main zip lining groups. What made this stay so wonderful was the real sense of a family run business who went out of their way to make you feel welcome We had an amazing meal in the restaurant that evening cooked by Randall’s ( the owner) son.

Value for money ++++ no complaints
