Beautifully presented and clean. Great location to all amenities and added buys having the club next door for drinks, food and entertainment.

Reception staff were not to receiving. We booked through Base Holiday management and they were fantastic!!

Great location close to shopping, restaurants, club and beach. Apartments are well appointed, nice large pool and seating area looking out onto Ettalong Beach. Rob from Base Holidays was excellent to deal with, very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. stay there again.

The two dining room chairs were full metal chairs very uncomfortable, a cushion on each one would make a big difference. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for me. I have a bad back so like a more supportive bed but had no problems sleeping in it.

It had everything we needed for a couple of days.

The view was underwhelming.

Location, lovely pool, close to club. Property was clean and I liked being on level one as we don’t like using elevators.

- Was clean and location was good. - Good tv’s - calm and quiet clean toilet and bath - good washer and dryer - Good WIFI - Free parking - Felt safe and secure

- safe wasn’t working - Air conditioner was old and was worried about turning it on as it didn’t look clean - bed was not comfortable and we got up with sore backs - didn’t use stove fan as it smells bad when turned on - overlooked vacant land that is full of rubbish. Eyesore

Lauren, a staff member whom we hadn’t even met was so kind, friendly and amazing. She kept in touch with us a fewdays before we were to check in and right until our check in date. We had kids with us and totally enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beaches, restaurants and the diggers downstairs. The pool was Godsend especially when the weather turned and all beaches became too windy.

With all the luggage that families with kids carry around, I think Base Apartments and Mantra ( if sharing ) should have trollies for their guests. We had to do 2-3 trips down to the basement to collect our bags.
