Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

The live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.

Die Lage.

Der Service - absolut grauenhaft. In einem 5Strrne Hotel erwarte ich, dass das Personal Englisch kann. Das Frühstück war eine reine katastrophe. Viel zu wenig Tische für die Anzahl an Zimmern. wir hatten 45 minuten auf unseren Tisch warten müssen. Abgesehen davon hieß es, dass das Frühstück bis 10:30 geht - 10:00 Fragte ich nach frischen Pancakes, da die restlichen die da noch lagen total massakriert aussahen, die antwort vom Personal war: no, we are closed. Sorry aber in einem 5Sterne Hotel, egal wo ich bin, bekomme ich auch um 10:25 Frische Pancakes wenn ich das will. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken.(möchte nicht wissen was das war) Auf dem Balkon bei dem „Whirlpool“ als wir die Abdeckung herunter nahmen, lagen rechts Essensreste, die gerade von Ameisen wegliefen. Im Zimmer waren 2 Käfer. Die Dusche war im Abfluss voller Haare. Als wir das alles bei der Rezeption ansprachen, hieß es nur „oh Sorry“ kein wir putzen es, kein es interessiert uns. Wir kamen uns einfach nur Dumm vor so viel Geld für so einen Müll ausgegebn zu haben. NIE WIEDER!!!!

The room was excellent with a fantastic sea view.

We had dinner at the restaurant with excellent service but a lot of the items on the menu were not available (i.e. steak, local beers etc)

Location is amazing and the facilities and food is great

It’s a bit old I believe The rooms are decent size but furniture is old The full board deal is expensive

The hotel is the best I have ever been to. Cleanliness in the halls, corridors and rooms is perfect. The room is big and clean. The pools and the beach are wonderful. No problem with umbrellas and sunbeds. The food is top notch. Special thanks to the staff - they did everything to make our stay unforgettable.
