Totul la superlativ, loc perfect pentru o vacanță la mare, direct pe faleza. Camera spațioasă și primitoare, curățenie . Personal amabil, deschis la solicitări. Raport calitate/preț excelent. Recomandăm cu cea mai mare plăcere. Vom reveni. Respect.

Nu pot spune nimic. De fel, nu sunt ipocrit .. doar că există nereguli. Locația, poziția - super. Câțiva zeci de metri de mare, se poate numi avantaj.
Personalul de la recepție este amabil.
Începând cu curățenie care a lăsat de dorit - vorbim la nivel de cameră.
Dușul era călduț după primele 20 minute. Cât timp a fost patronatul în Hotel, s-a simțit - apa era caldă în primele 3 minute - apoi, spre lipsă.
Ai nevoie de săpun sau șampon ? Vi cu ele de acasă. Câteva picături cât sunt în recipient, nu-ți pot ajunge pentru un sejur de 6 zile. Să reținem totuși că deși se amintește despre curățenie și modul în care apărăm natura - ea lipsește. Asta înseamnă și lipsa a tot ce înseamnă lichid pentru igienizare. În lista de inventariere, este trecut și barul din cameră care din păcate, lipsește.
Un miros destul de urât în grupul sanitar, cel mai probabil de la canalizare. Plasele de țânțari lipsesc! Când am observat asta? În singura zi în care s-a făcut curățenie și mi-au lăsat ușa de la terasă deschisă. Ce înseamnă asta? Respect pentru intimitate cât și eventualele bunuri din cameră - zero. Deși printre facilități există saună, ea se folosește după pofta personalului. Dacă între 14-16 este “deschisă”, trebuie anunțat și în prealabil încălzirea ei se face tot din timpul tău. Ar mai fi multe de comentat dar prefer să mă abțin pentru că altfel aș aminti inclusiv de canalele blocate de pe Tv, nu ai acces la aproape nimic.

The sewer system isn't working, the bathroom smells as sh... If you want to get fresh air, don't open the window, there is no net, you might be charged by killing 15 mosquitos for almost 2 hours. Twice after cleaning our room we found our door was not locked. Bravo. Issues with confusing parking slots could be solved easily.
We booked a Solymar hotel and got a room in Solymar 2. AC works only when the key is inside the lock system, after a long hot day once you step inside you feel you're in the sauna. And that SMELL. Disgusting..

Beautiful garden with playground for children, very friendly staff always ready to help you with any problem, spacious room and large, comfortable bed. Hotel near the beach, restaurants, shops and the Spa treatment base. Clean, quiet, with free parking. Beautiful and green seafront view!

The hotel is close to the beach, the room was large and clean. The hotel was recently renovated inside and looks nice. It wasn't the best hotel we visited, but the value we got for the money was ok. Breakfast was varied and espresso coffee was included.

late check in, the shower is fix, the tv did not work very well. The details gave us the impresion of a cheap hotel (and it isn't): shower soap (probably half with water?), old curtains and furniture / facilities

I treated myself to a sea view room now that the season is over. It was so lovely to wake up and see the sun rising over the Black Sea, and to hear the waves.
The staff at the Sol y Mar are all lovely people and they look after me so well, I really appreciate it. This is I think my fifth stay here.
The shower head was not firmly fixed to the wall but this is a tiny problem.

sometimes the bathroom had a bad smell, also the sink plug was stuck and unusable and had to use pliers to pull it out, construction on a nearby road caused some noise and dust, very late check in and early check-out makes you lose an entire day of your booking basically

They show you the pics with the main hotel, but if you book an economy double room you will be sent to their second location (which is close to a dumpster area of the buildings close to it)

We picked this hotel for its location and it did not disappoint. The hotel seems remodeled. The front yard shrubs are nicely maintained. We liked the little playground where our kid could play while we enjoyed a coffee and beer. The bar does not have too many food choices but it's alright for some drinks. They had a movie night too. Rooms have AC. Balcony with sea view is definitely worth it.
The room was not too spacious. We spent lots of money for a "family room" but since the check-in is 6pm and we arrived at 3pm, to avoid having to wait three hours they offered a double room with an additional bed. I regretted the decision to take it because it turned out to be much smaller. But, since we spent only one night, checking in earlier was important to us. The room was nothing special. We hated the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom splashed water everywhere on the floor. The toilet seat was wobbly.
