Very comfortable excellent location if traveling by train very close to the station. Exit the station at back and you avoid climbing stairs and the foot bridge over the train tracks.

Enrico was great Owner. He has welcomed us punctually and very friendly at the door. He gave us keys and guidance about the flat and surrounding of Lucca. We loved Lucca very much. Location of the flat is optimal to access to the old-town Lucca on foot. There was no parking problem. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately flat was not clean enough. it looked like it wasn't swept. Shower drain and sink was clogged. But when I called, Enrico came and fixed it right away. WiFi was not strong enough. Only WhatsApp messaging were possible. No Video or call were possible:(

Property is very close to the city walls, just few minutes of walking distance. There is very nice terace for afternoon and evening time. In front of the property there is public parking. Apartment is very well equiped, spacious and nicely decorated. Our host gave us excellent Tuscany suggestions.

This is a beautiful property which is so well equipped. It has everything in it you could possibly need for your stay & a lovely little terrace out the back. In a great location. You literally cross a little metal bridge and you are opposite the walls & entrance of Lucca and beside the train station. Enrico the owner was very accommodating to all our needs from early check in to arranging a taxi for us. I would highly recommend this property!

The only negative I have is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
