A good room at a good price. The central location and fantastic view of Kilimanjaro make this my favorite place to stay in Moshi.

I noticed the hot water was provided when there were many guests but not when the hotel was mainly empty.

Breakfast was good and at my request it was served early enough, many thanks to the kind act of the staff, I real needed to "fuel my body" for the kili Marathon.

I made a booking last minute as my previous hotel was booked. Booking.com confirmed the booking, but when I arrived i was told there was no room as they had given the room to someone else before checking to see if it had been booked. Terrible. Then suddenly they said they had one last room would we like to see it. Before we could do so another man arrived and demanded the room - which they gave him, DESPITE the fact that we had a booking with you and he had none. I would advise Booking.com to cease working with this hotel.

Poor staff attitude and double booking

I Just liked the location and the closeness to the town center.

Everything to be honest. The services were terrible, the bathroom wasn’t sanitary, the fan was noisy, the towel wasn’t clean, the balcony was dusty. I was so disappointed.

Everything was good, food, Laundry, housekeeping and breakfast

Most of the time receptionist is not available
