The apartment was first class. It had everything we needed, was way bigger than we expected and the location couldn't have been better

Excellent location, on-site parking, spacious, and clean apartment, and with easy access to city centre. Hosts gave very clear directions to the property and how to access it.

Large spacious property more suited for a family. Fantastic location and wonderful staff running the place with immaculate communication. Great directions.

As a couple we found it too big and lacking atmosphere.

The information sent about access by email could have been sent a day earlier before we left home as everyone can't access this info on a mobile and I had to call the owner when I arrived at the apartment. I must add that he was very helpful and sent a text message with the door entry codes.

Great facilities - everything you could wish for and more.

Heating and hot water programming did not really work great - we still had a fabulous stay. Oven did not get up to temperature when baking rolls - but no issue.

A beautiful apartment, perfectly situated in the hart of York . Everything you could need from the two lovely bathrooms to the large modern kitchen. a very spacious living room with comfy leather furniture and a very large TV . the owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with, can’t wait to book again .

The apartment was spacious and in a very good central location. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, Shambles, York Minster, etc. Secure private parking for one car £20 for our weekend stay. Communication with owners very quick. Instructions comprehensive. Entrance codes and directions clear.

Mostly everything. Location couldn’t be any better. Close to most of the city highlights and perfect for a casual stroll to many decent eateries - restaurants, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. The property was very clean and dressed and equipped to a high standard - exceptionally good value for money. All instructions to find and get into the property were very good and considering it’s location, parking was not a huge hassle.

Only one minor - as a personal preference - found the bed(a double) a little too small and hard.

The apartment is huge, really well equipped and although it's right in the centre it's very quiet.

This is in the ideal location in York, by the Minster and The Shambles. It’s a modern, spacious and clean property. Everything about it is comfort, from the bed to the reclining sofas. The whole place has everything you need, it was like a home from home. There’s a parking space right behind the property and the owners were more than helpful too. We will definitely be back.

The apartment and complex was extremely clean and presentable, very spacious for 2 people, and I literally couldn't ask for a better location, literally on the shambles, and central for everything really. We hit the lovely weather too which made it even better. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in York. Will definitely stay again and will also be recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely nothing...

Very central. Very near Tesco Express and M&S for shopping on foot. Loads of independent coffee places a few minutes walk for breakfast.

Bed was a little hard.

The location was perfect and although on a lively street in the centre of town, it was quiet. Great cafes on the doorstep, plus a handy Tesco Express just downstairs. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you would need to make a stay comfortable and more. Secure parking just downstairs (at a small extra cost) is a bonus in the city centre.

Perfect communication with Michael from the beginning. Perfect location, Perfect place. Could not of asked for anything more. Quiet apartment yet right in the centre. Will be the only place I stay next times, if available.
