GREAT APARTMENT ON BEACH !! POOL, GYM, WIFI, PARKING. 1 BED 1 BATH
Esta unidad de 78 metros cuadrados tiene 1 dormitorio, 1 baño completo y está ubicada en un 4to piso con vista parcial al mar desde el balcón. El departamento también cuenta con una gran sala, comedor, cocina completa (con todos los electrodomésticos) y un balcón muy lindo.
Perfecto para alojar hasta 6 personas (máximo 4 adultos), hay dos camas tamaño queen y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar; una cuna y un colchón de aire están disponibles, si es necesario. También hay mucho espacio en un vestidor para equipaje y más.
El condominio tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. ¿Necesitar más? El edificio cuenta con una gran piscina desde donde podrás tener acceso directo a las tranquilas playas (¡ni siquiera tendrás que cruzar la calle para tumbarte en la arena!). También podrás disfrutar del gimnasio y pasear por los jardines.
Hay instalaciones de lavandería ubicadas en cada piso y un minimercado donde puedes conseguir una variedad de alimentos y bebidas fríos y calientes.
¡El edificio está en la playa! Estás a minutos de excelentes restaurantes, supermercados y mucho más. El conocido y elegante Aventura Mall es el centro comercial más cercano. Estamos a unos 20 minutos del centro comercial Sawgrass Mills.

Apt. is small but fairly well equipped. It could use hooks in the bathroom for towels & a grab bar in the shower, The kitchen needs pot holders, a pair of scissors & some more more eating utensils. It does have a balcony with a nice ocean view & is large enough for two people.

Great Location, great property!
Property was very clean and family oriented. Pool area was fun, relaxing, and it was great to not have to cross the road to go to the beach. While the condo was a little bare with furniture I actually appreciated that so when we filled it with our luggage and belongings it wasn’t cramped. Ana and the rental company were super helpful.

The bathroom tub was disgusting. All other parts were great. Could have used more info but never saw the lady sandra. Overall we had a great time

It was fair
The building and condo were "tired". Could tell it had been remodeled several times by the low bidder. The kitchen had extremely cheap cabinets and not enough dishes. The furniture was Ikea which is fine for light duty residential. For a rental condo which gets heavy use, the drawers were broken. We only used one drawer. The bed was of poor quality and extremely uncomfortable. We expected to have to pay for parking, but they charged us for an additional key because my daughter is 16 and according to their terms an adult. This made no sense. The place where we registered was in a back room and felt sketchy at first but eventually ok.
As a side note but not the property owner's fault, we usually stay on the gulf side but wanted to try the Atlantic. We found the beaches to be small, full of trash and cigarette butts. The traffic was terrible all up and down the coast. We were so glad to get back to Chicago traffic! We did enjoy kayaking in the mangroves.

Great spring break spot
Stayed here for spring break with 3 of my friends and we loved the condo. The only problem we had was the check-in process and the parking situation were a bit hard to figure out but once we were done with that we had a great stay

Great stay!
Great space and right on the beach. View is nice. Family friendly and close to stores and the Hollywood boardwalk. Ana is responsive and friendly.

Amazing place to vacation
This is a great property for a relaxing vacation. Unit was spotless and had plenty of bath and beach towels. The included beach chairs are such an incredible perk!! We went during a very busy time and the pool loungers got snatched up pretty quickly…having the beach chairs was amazing to not have to search for a place to sit or bring chairs down each day. I would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect place with plenty to do
The condo was in a perfect location right on the beach and had a large swimming pool to enjoy. It was super clean and really functional for a family of 6. Walking out on the balcony you had a beautiful view of the ocean which made my mornings so nice. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family . Thanks for a great property , it made our vacation that much better.

Great place for a family vacation
The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing. It was within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, right on the beach. We had a nice stay there and would return for a vacation again. We would recommend it to others.

Missing some key items
The property did not have a TV in the bedroom and it was short on basic necessities (1 roll of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, no soap, no cooking spices/oil). You have to buy a lot of items that are normally supplied

Well appointed condo on the beach.
The property was well appointed and well equipped . The process to obtain wristbands access keys and parking passes was a bit convoluted , we had to obtain those at different times and at a different building. However everything else was wonderful.

Nice spot on the beach
The condo was as described and was very clean. I was at a conference all week so I wasn’t able to take advantage of the free chair rental provided but wish I could have. The desk was useful to charge things on but work friendly.
Some items that I would have liked to have available are hooks on the back of the bathroom door, small movable table to be able to place drinks/snacks on and a small tv in the bedroom. Was happy to have a full kitchen because there are not a lot of eating options nearby.
Overall, a great place to spend time at the beach.

It was lovely
Gloria was awesome and had everything needed for a nice time t the beach. A. It expensive but it is what was told before arrival . Very pleasant and clean . Right on the beach . Pool area very clean and warm .

Great location on the beach
Great location,right on the beach,walking distance to restaurants,groceries,walmart,pharmacy...
The appartment was clean,the main area is wide and with very much light.
You have laundry machines a few doors aside,easy to use.
Gloria ,who took care of us,is a very nice person,and our arrival was very simple and easy.On the negative side,the beach is a bit narrow,so you’re quite close to other peoples,but you have a service of 2 long chairs and an umbrella ,for your stay with this appartment,so you don’t have to carry them...regarding the appartment,the bathroom could be refreshed,but is fonctionnal.Everything is OK with the kitchen,there is a large walk-in for your luggages,clothes...4 beach towels and enough bath towels.The WiFi is fast and working very well.
We had great vacations and great wheather conditions during our 2 weeks in february!I would give 4.5/5 for this appartment!

Great Stay!!
Great stay!! Ana the owner and Gloria had great communication. Property was great with great access to pool and beach. Only issue are the elevators on the property are not guest friendly but we were told that the owners have been placing complaints and they are trying to fix. We will be back in 2 years and would stay again.

Wanted sun and got sun but not as peaceful and quiet as we had hoped.
The property was very clean and well maintained. The unit was clean and very simple. Building is within walking distance to groceries, Starbucks etc. We were annoyed with the fact that you need to pay $20.00 to get the key to access various parts (pool, fitness centre, beach area) of the building (Especially since they will only issue you one key)...So if you are with someone that wants to do or go somewhere else, you are stuck or have to accompany them. The pool area and beach were very crowded, so if you are looking for a peaceful more secluded place, this is not it. Overall, it was fine.

Okay
The place was clean and the property is right on the ocean which is nice. Getting parking privileges is time consuming. The decorin the rental unit was a little dated. The bathroom electric outlet was sketchy. There were minimal dishes In the kitchen. No basics like cooking spray, salt or pepper. The mattresses were nice and the pillows were horrible. I had a sore neck the entire trip.

Nice place
The condo was clean and we'll stocked for a family vacation. Beach items such as towels, chairs and an umbrella weremail provided which made things so much easier. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools to prepare meals, and Walmart was just around the corner so shopping was easy too. The location is perfect - right on the beach but with a beautiful pool. This was ideal for our family of 4.

Beautiful condo with excellent communication from owner/ manager
Both Ana and Gloria provide great communication and security in renting this property. I highly recommend the condo to any one of all ages. It is conveniently located to the board walk, water taxis and casino. The beach is beautiful and there are two pools so its never too crowded. The complex is very secure, and the condo has every thing you need for a great vacation. Would definitely rent again

Escelente departamento y atención!
Con el alquiler de este departamento todo me salió muy bien: el departamento precioso con vista al mar, impecable, con todas las comodidades. Todo nuevo. Sin problemas de parking
